【副题名】以浦发银行聊城分行为例

【摘要】 研究通过对浦发银行聊城分行自身的发展现状和自身特点,对浦发银行聊城分行的发展战略进行研究,并充分运用企业战略管理的现金研究理论和研究方法,对我国股份制商业银行的发展战略研究做出有益探索,为浦发银行聊城分行的决策者提供可供参考的发展战略方案。从论文的结构上看,论文的第一部分主要提出了论文研究的背景和意义,对战略理论的国内外研究现状进行综述,作为本文研究的理论基础。论文的第二部分主要对浦发银行聊城分行的概况进行了介绍,以浦发银行聊城分行近年来的发展成果和发展特征为基础,从发展战略研究的角度,运用PEST模型综合分析浦发银行聊城分行的外部环境和内部条件,再通过SWOT分析和利益相关者分析,明确浦发银行聊城分行发展战略制定的基础。论文的第三部分是从浦发银行的战略愿景出发,明确了浦发银行聊城分行的战略目标和战略定位,进一步明确了综合营销战略、经营创新战略、差异化战略和风险控制战略。论文的第四部分主要结合战略的制定提出了包括更新理念、调整布局、优化结构、转变发展方式在内的战略实施对策。论文的最后一部分主要是对研究的内容进行了全面的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research by of Liaocheng branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank’s development present situation and its own characteristics, the development strategy of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Liaocheng branch research, and make full use of enterprise strategic management of cash theory and research methods, the development strategy of China’s joint-stock commercial banks research make a useful exploration, Liaocheng branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank’s decision makers to provide the reference for the development of the strategic plan for. From the structure of the paper, the first part of this paper mainly puts forward the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the strategic theory, as the theoretical basis of this paper.In the second part mainly of Liaocheng branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank survey were introduced, Liaocheng branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank in recent years the development achievements and development characteristics as the basis, from the perspective of research on the development strategy of using PEST model comprehensive analysis of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Liaocheng branch of the external environment and internal conditions, through the SWOT analysis and stakeholder analysis, clear up the development strategy of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Liaocheng branch. The third part of the thesis is from the point of view of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank’s strategic vision, clear, Liaocheng branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank’s strategic target and the strategic localization, further defined the comprehensive marketing strategy, management innovation strategy, differences of strategy and risk control strategy. The fourth part of the paper mainly combined with the development of strategy, including the concept of updating, adjust the layout, optimize the structure, change the way of development strategy, including the implementation of countermeasures.
