【摘要】 随着我国社会的不断发展,受到来自其他国家的竞争压力越来越大。来自国际其他经济体对我国国民经济的冲击,已严重阻碍了我国军事工业的发展,影响了我国科技的进步,致使经济和科技发展遇到前所未有的障碍。在世界的形势处在复杂多变的形势下,就要求国有军工企业抓住机遇,迎接挑战,加快军民融合,促进经济发展,维护国家稳定。本文以七〇二所军民融合项目风险管理为研究课题,针对航天七〇二所航天系统军民融合项目为案例,对项目的现状和存在的项目风险问题进行研究,通过项目风险管理体系的基本架构,构建航天七〇二所军民融合项目的风险管理模型。本文在研究过程中,通过合适的策略和正确的方式,以针对航天七〇二所军民融合项目的风险管理为目的,在项目风险管理的风险辨识、风险确立、风险指标体系的建设、风险识别模型的确定以及风险控制及沟通流程等方面问题进行了较为深入的研究。本文提出了适应军民融合项目的风险管理体系,通过查找风险并处理风险的方式,研究该战略如何完美的在实践中加以运用,达到预先提出的目标,完成项目计划。此次研究风险的内容中,最为重要的是对风险的管理,通过系统的方式了解该内容,并将其方式运用到实践中。在认真研究风险的一系列问题后构建的框架,可以与上述战略相结合,找出该战略在实际操作过程中可能出现的风险问题,并对此进行合理分析,最后找出应对风险问题的方案,确保战略目标的完成。更多还原
