【摘要】 高校人文社会科学的持续健康发展,对推动我国社会主义文化大发展大繁荣具有重要作用。评价机制在高校人文社会科学研究中起着“指挥棒”的作用,直接影响着科研方向以及科研成果的质量,而在我国当前的学术环境和经济社会背景下,由于真正公平公正合理的高校人文社会科学科研成果评价机制尚未确立,导致科研成果评价过程中仍然存在很多问题和矛盾。基于此,本文创造性地将利益相关者理论引入高校人文社会科学科研成果评价研究中。首先系统地介绍了利益相关者理论,包括利益相关者的概念、利益相关者分类理论等；其次在借鉴利益相关者理论的基础上界定出了12种科研成果评价利益相关者,并且运用多维细锥利益相关者分类法对这12种利益相关者进行了划分,得到三种等级类型：首要利益相关者、次要利益相关者和边缘利益相关者,进而对三大类12种利益相关者进行了详细深入的分析,明确了每一利益相关者的主要利益诉求。再次对高校人文社会科学研究成果评价模式进行了深刻的探讨,首先归纳出了评价总体关系模型,接着分析了众多利益相关者之间的主要利益关系,以及他们之间的角色重叠和角色转化关系,基于上述分析提出了高校人文社会科学研究成果共同评价机制。最后构建出了高校人文社会科学研究成果评价利益相关者的利益保障体系,从管理维度、技术维度、社会维度和人文维度四个视角全面系统的建立了利益相关者的合理利益诉求的“保障网”。通过上文研究,以求理清高校人文社会科学科研成果评价中各个评价主体之间的内在利益关系,为制定更加公平公正合理的高校人文社会科学研究成果评价机制提供有力的依据和参考,促进高校人文社会科学沿着“和谐健康”的道路持续繁荣发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sustained and healthy development of the University of Humanities and Social Science, plays an important role in the promotion of socialist culture’s development and prosperity. Evaluation mechanism acts as a "baton" role in the University of Humanities and Social Sciences research, and impacts on the direction of scientific research and the quality of scientific research directly. In our current academic environment and socio-economic backgrounds, the truly fair and equitable and reasonable University of Humanities Social science research evaluation mechanism has not been established, causing there are still many problems and contradictions in research evaluation process. Based on this, the paper creatively introduces stakeholder theory to the evaluation studies of the university humanities and social sciences research.Firstly, systematically introduces the stakeholder theory, including the concept of stakeholders, stakeholder classification theory. Secondly, on the basis of drawing on the stakeholder theory, defines a 12 kind of research evaluation stakeholders on the basis of the stakeholder theory. Thus using the multi-dimensional thin cone of the stakeholder divide these 12 kinds of stakeholders to three levels of types:primary stakeholders, secondary stakeholders and stakeholder edge, and then there has a detailed and in-depth analysis to the three categories of 12 kinds of stakeholders, we can get a clear interest demands of every major stakeholders. Then this paper explore the evaluation mode of the university of Humanities and Social Sciences Research, first summarize the evaluation model of the overall relationship, and then analyzes the main interest of many stakeholders, as well as the role of overlap and the role of transforming between them. Based on the above analysis the paper proposes the common evaluation mechanism of the university of Humanities and Social Science Research. Finally the article build a stakeholder’s interest security system of university of Humanities and Social Sciences Research evaluation, from management dimension, technology dimension, social and cultural dimensions to establish a "safety net" of the legitimate interests demands of stakeholders.Through the above research, we can clarify the intrinsic interest relationship between the each subjects of university of Humanities and Social Sciences research evaluation to provide a strong basis and reference for the development of a more just and equitable and reasonable university of Humanities and social science research evaluation mechanisms, and to promote university of Humanities and Social Sciences continued flourish along the "harmonious and healthy" road.更多还原
