炼厂静设备的腐蚀与防护

【摘要】 本篇论文经过对炼油厂通常所使用的金属静装备,比如换热器,工艺管线的腐蚀以及原油储罐等其它问题进行研究,发现腐蚀的表面现象,寻找出腐蚀真正的原因,并且给出相应的解决建议,避免或减少腐蚀情况的出现。第一,对于换热器管束的腐蚀问题,建议运用防腐7910涂料方法,解决了腐蚀问题。第二,对于储罐类设备主要分析了原油储罐的腐蚀发生的机理,提出采用厚浆型环氧玻璃鳞片抗静电涂料方法,解决腐蚀问题。第三,对地上工艺管线与埋地管线的腐蚀情况进行分析,探究了带保温的工艺管线的腐蚀状况,寻找出腐蚀的原因以及相应的解决办法;对埋地管线采用环氧煤沥青外加电流阴极保护结合的方式解决了腐蚀问题。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the corrosion problems of metal static equipment, such as heat exchanger and storage tank, which are commonly used in refinery, this thesis paper aims at looking for the reasons of corrosion, and offer effective measures to prevent or reduce the chance of its happening. At first, in order to solve the corrosion in the tubes of heat changer, this paper proposed to use anticorrosive coating, named as 7910. Second, based on the analysis of the reasons of corrosion in storage tank, this paper suggest to use antistatic coating, a high build coating of epoxy glass shell, to prevent corrosion. Finally, according to the thorough study of the corrosion problems of process pipeline on the ground and pipe network underground, this paper gives a detailed analysis of the current corrosion degree of these insulated process pipelines and concludes to the reasons of corrosion. At the same time, it offers the solution to combine epoxy coal tar and current cathodic as a combined protection.
