盘锦第一污水处理厂A~2/O污水处理工艺优选

【摘要】 近年来,虽然我国各地在水资源保护与污水排放控制方面进行了大量的工作,但是水质污染、水环境持续恶化的局面并未得到根本改变,水体富营养化问题也呈现蔓延的趋势,严重破坏了水生态环境及自然生态系统,对人类的健康、居民的生活都造成了严重的影响。A2/O工艺因其效果好、稳定性佳、运行成本低、操作方便,已经成为现阶段最重要的除磷脱氮工艺之一。盘锦市第一污水处理厂担负着该市大部分污水处理工作,目前采用的即A2/O工艺,为保障本地区生态环境发挥了重要作用。然而,随着盘锦市城市化进程的加快和工业化程度的提高,目前该污水处理厂在污水处理方面出现了一些列的问题,因此,优选一种更为有效的污水处理工艺,就成为了摆在该污水处理厂面前的一项亟待解决的问题。本文探讨了A2/O工艺、倒置A2/O工艺和前置缺氧A2/O工艺三种污水处理工艺在相同运行条件下对盘锦市第一污水处理厂进水的处理情况,结果表明:在相同条件下,A2/O工艺系统的除TN效果更好,并且当污泥回流比为100%时要远显著于50%污泥回流比条件下的TN去除效果。同时,A2/O工艺更易受到污泥回流比变化的影响,倒置A2/O工艺系统在除TN上的受污泥回流比的变化影响较小。在TP的去除方面,A2/O工艺系统要较倒置A2/O工艺系统的处理效果更好。综合考虑同步脱氮除磷的实际效果及处理工艺运行的经济性,100%污泥回流比、200%混合液回流比、3000mg/L的污泥浓度对于A2/O工艺和倒置A2/O工艺来说是最适宜的。另外,前置缺氧A2/O工艺与A2/O工艺对于有机物的去除效果均较好,前置缺氧A2/O工艺系统的TN去除效果更好,去除率一般在74%高于A2/O工艺系统70%的去除率;对于TP的去除效果,前置缺氧A2/O工艺与A2/O工艺都有较好的去除效果,去除率一般都在90%左右。通过改变前置缺氧A2/O工艺的进水方式,取得了较好的同步脱氮除磷效果,可作为运行工艺的最优选择。本研究为城市污水深度脱氮除磷提供了实验参考,建议进一步就前置缺氧A2/O工艺进行运行质量控制和能耗节约方面展开研究。

【Abstract】 In recent years, although effects have putted on water resource protection and water waste controlling, water pollution and water environment deterioration are still continuing. Meanwhile, water eutrophication also became more serious. These deteriorated water environment and ecological system, and also made negative influences on human health and residency. A2/O process is one of most important processes to remove phosphorus and nitrogen, and it is of high efficiency, high stability, low cost and easy manipulation. PanJin First sewage plant is in charge of the treatment of the main-part civil sewage. It is now applying the A2/O process and plays an important role in maintaining the ecological environment. However, the continuing urbanisation and industrialization raised several problems in sewage treatment. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to solve these problem by optimizing the sewage treatment process.In this paper, the treatment of wastewater treatment plant with A2/O process, inverted A2/O process and pre anoxic A2/O process are discussed. The results show that in the same operating condition, the removal of TN is better than A2/O, and the removal efficiency of TN is better than 100%when the sludge return ratio is 50%. At the same time, the A2/O process is more easily influenced by the change of sludge return ratio, and the change of A2/O process system has little effect on the change of sludge return flow in TN. In the removal of TP. A2/O process system is a better treatment effect than the inverted A2/O process system. Considering the practical effect of simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the economic efficiency of the treatment process, the 100% sludge reflux ratio, the ratio of 200%mixed liquor, and the sludge concentration of 3000mg/L are the most suitable for A2/O process and A2/O process. In addition, the A2/O process and A2/O process for the removal of organic matter are good, the TN removal efficiency of A2/O process system is better, the removal rate is 74% higher than that of A2/O process system. The removal efficiency of TP is better than that of A2/O, and the removal rate is about 90%. By changing the water inlet mode of the pre-anoxic A2/O process, a better effect of simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus can be obtained.In conclusion, this study provided the experience for the high-level removal of phosphorus and nitrogen in civil sewage and the basis for the researches on quantity control and energy saving of pre-anoxic A2/O process.
