【摘要】 纳米技术的出现意味着纳米时代的到来,纳米技术已经成为各个国家制定战略计划需要考虑的重要因素。我国在纳米技术的科研水平上并不比其他国家差,甚至在世界上处于领先地位,但是,我国纳米技术产业化水平与其他发达国家相比还存在一定的差距。因此,我国要抓住机遇,努力发展,不断推进我国纳米技术产业化的进程,促进经济的发展,实现中国梦。本文从纳米技术独特性入手,梳理了纳米技术产业化的机制,通过借鉴国外经验指出提升我国纳米技术产业化的路径。研究框架和内容如下：第一章,绪论。说明问题提出的背景,选题意义,并介绍了研究的主要内容和研究方法,最后提出文章可能的创新点。第二章,相关概念的界定。首先指出纳米技术的概念,主要介绍了纳米技术的特征以及战略意义。进一步介绍了纳米技术产业化的概念以及意义。第三章,介绍纳米技术产业化的原则、过程、以及独特性。三个原则,即自主创新与重点突破,市场与政府相统一,经济效益与社会效益相统一。产业化的四个阶段,即技术发明、产品开发、生产能力开发及市场推广。纳米技术产业化的独特性主要体现在三个方面：高科技成果、高集中性和广泛应用性。第四章,梳理了纳米技术产业化的动态机制,介绍了动力机制、转化机制、保护机制三个主要机制。进而指出纳米技术产业化对传统技术产业化的超越。第五章,通过对国外纳米技术产业化的分析,结合我国的实际情况,总结出国外经验给我国的启示,并提出我国纳米技术产业化的问题。第六章,针对上述问题,从动力、成果转化、外部环境等方面提出我国纳米技术产业化的路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The emergence of nanometer technology means that the nanometer era, Nanotechnology has become an important factor of every country to make strategic plan. In nanotechnology research level we are not worse than other countries, even in a leading position in the world. But, there is still a big gap between our country and other developed countryies about Nanotechnology industrialization level. So, we should seize the opportunity to develop and promote the progress of industrialization of nanotechnology and promote the economic development, so that realize China’s dream.This paper obtains from the uniqueness of nanotechnology, cards the mechanism of industrialization of nanotechnology. Point out that the path of ascension industrialization of nanotechnology of our country through draw lessons from foreign experience, research framework and content are as follows:Part 1:Introduction. Clarify the background and significance of this topic, and introduce the research content and research methods last point out possible innovations.Part 2:The definition of related concepts. The first point out that the concept of nanotechnology, mainly introduced the characteristics of nanometer technology and strategic significance, then introduces the concept of technology industrialization and significancePart 3:Introduce the principle, process, and uniqueness of industrialization of nanotechnology. Three principles are independent innovation and breakthroughs made in key areas, unifies the market and the government, unifies the economic benefit and social benefit. The four stages of industrialization are technology invention, product development, production capacity of development and marketing. The uniqueness of the industrialization of nanotechnology is mainly manifested in three aspects:high-tech achievements, the high concentration and widely applied.Part 4:Combed the dynamic mechanism of industrialization of nanotechnology. Introduces the dynamic mechanism, transformation mechanism and protection mechanism.
