【摘要】 随着信息化技术的不断发展和部队建设的不断完善,部队的办公模式也在不断革新。信息化是部队建设的一个重要任务。借助信息技术,部队的办公质量和执行效率将大大提高。以国力不断壮大为前提,部队的人员数量不断增加,这就给部队中人员的综合管理带来了诸多困难。普通士兵可能无法快速提交个人的变更信息,如个人基本信息或者各种奖惩信息等；同时领导干部也无法有效地从整体上把握连队信息,如所获奖励情况、出勤情况、科研情况等。基于此问题,本文设计并实现了部队人员管理平台。该平台能够对部队中的所有人员进行有效的管理,提高了部队办公效率。该平台将向普通士兵和领导干部同时提供服务。士兵通过该平台可以快速有效地登录个人信息、提交任何申请报告、查询任意时间的奖惩情况、接收系统邮件、下载上传文件等。领导干部通过该平台可以查询任意士兵的详细信息,同时对连队的全局信息进行统计。基于此需求,本文采用B/S开发模式,设计了个人信息管理模块、通知管理模块、文件管理模块、兵员考核情况管理、兵员奖惩情况管理和个人申请管理模块等。为了更好的实现系统,本文采用选择面向对象的、易于扩展的Microsoft visusal Studio 2005 c#开发语言进行开发和Microsoft SQL Server 2005大型数据库作为后台数据库。针对设计完成并且实现的人员管理系统,本文对系统的稳定性、功能完整性和鲁棒性进行了深入的测试,证明本系统具有较好的可用性和实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of information science and growing of troop, the office mode of troop is also changing. Informatization construction is an important target of the troop. With the help of information science, the quality and efficiency will be greatly improved. For the rising prosperity of the country, the number of persons working in the troop is growing, which makes troubles for the personnel management. The soldiers can’t submit the basic personal information quickly and the cadres also can’t understand the overall conditions of a whole company, such as the awards, attendance and Scientific researches. Based on the problem, this paper designs the Personnel Comprehensive Management Platform which can efficiently mange all the persons in the troops.The platform will supply services for soldiers and cadres simultaneously. By the platform, the soldiers can entry his personal information, submit the reports of any forms, query the results of awards and upload or download files; the cadres can browse the information of any soldiers and get the overall statistical results. Based on these requirements, this paper adopts the B/S mode. The platform contains the personal information management, notice management, file management, assessment management, system management, log management and Statistical management. To realize the system, this paper adopts the environment of Microsoft visual Studio 2005 which is object-oriented and easy to expand. The Microsoft SQL Server 2005 will be the database system in the paper.According to the design and the final implementation of the system, this paper test the stability and all the system functions.
