一体化字符型人机界面设计与实现

【摘要】 随着现代工业生产过程中控制工艺的日益复杂,工业自动化产品需求越来越多样化。传统的以PLC和字符型人机界面为主的监控系统因成本等原因已不能很好的满足用户需求,将二者功能一体化的产品已成为一种新的发展趋势,其不仅可降低开发成本,还增强了产品的灵活性。一体化字符型人机界面,正属于这类一体化产品。它与由PLC和工业人机界面构成的监控系统相比,具有成本低、接线少、体积小、功能灵活等优势。通过对一体化字符型人机界面的市场调研和需求分析,本文采用组态软件和一体化字符屏人机界面相结合的总体实现方案。其中,组态软件用来在计算机端根据用户需求组态监控画面,并将画面信息下载到一体化字符型人机界面中。本文详细介绍了该组态软件的功能需求、总体设计和具体实现。一体化字符型人机界面,用来实现逻辑控制、脉冲输出及动态再现监控画面等功能。它是在嵌入式PLC平台上实现的,需要完成硬件模块设计和驱动程序开发。本文重点介绍了一体化字符型人机界面的开关量、脉冲输出和人机交互模块的驱动程序实现过程。文章结合铣平面机应用中钻孔加工相关的运动控制需求,介绍了一体化字符型人机界面面向应用的开发实现方法,验证了一体化字符型人机界面实现控制与监控功能的可行性。最后对本文工作进行了总结,并对一体化字符型人机界面的发展趋势进行展望。
【Abstract】 With control process increasingly complex in modern industrial process, the demand for industrial automation products is more and more diversified. The traditional monitoring system based on PLC and human-machine interface has been unable to well meet user requirements because of its cost or other reasons. Integrating the function of PLC and human-machine interface technology is becoming more and more popular, which not only reduces development cost, but also enhances product flexibility. Integrated character human-machine interface is the kind of integrated product as mentioned above. Compared with a monitoring system composed of PLC and Human-machine interface, Integration character human-machine interface has lower cost, smaller size and higher flexibility, etc.According to market research and demand analysis of integrated character human-machine interface, this thesis adopts the overall realization schemes which combines configuration software and integration character human-machine interface. The configuration software is used to configure monitoring screen in the computer and download the screen information to integration character human-machine interface. The thesis introduces in detail the function demand, overall design and implementation of configuration software. Integration character human-machine interface implements the functions of logical control, pulse output and dynamic display monitoring screen. It is implemented on the embedded PLC platform, including hardware module design and driver development. This thesis mainly states the driver development of the basis I/O, pulse output and human-machine interface module.Combined with motion control requirements of stepper motor applied in plane milling machine, this thesis introduces the application method of integrated character human-machine interface and gives related program and monitor screen implementation. The application attests the effectiveness of using the integration character human-machine interface to realize control and monitor functions. At the last, the thesis summarizes related work and prospects for the future development of integrated character human-machine interface.
