电动式扭转动刚度测试仪测控系统设计与开发

【摘要】 扭转动刚度是影响传动系统性能的关键因素,而现有的动刚度测试仪存在动态加载频率低、精度低、通用性差等问题。本文将扭转动刚度测试仪的测控系统作为研究对象,从测控系统的扭矩加载系统和测试软件系统两个子系统入手进行了深入研究,开发了高性能的扭转动刚度测试仪。为了设计扭矩加载子系统控制算法,本文建立了电动式扭矩加载系统的数学模型,深入研究了系统跟随特性和抗干扰性,完成精确加载控制算法设计。本文为了改善加载系统的跟随特性,提高系统快速响应性,采用了微分先行PID控制算法对加载系统进行控制;为了提高加载系统的抗干扰能力,采用了模糊算法对PID控制算法进行改进。最后对加载系统进行了控制仿真实验,实验证明模糊PID控制算法符合测控系统加载控制精度为10%的要求,并且具有较强的抗干扰能力。为了开发测试软件子系统,本文以扭转动刚度测试方法为依据编写了测试软件,该软件可以完成数据采集、显示和保存。通过分析动刚度测试过程,指出测试软件系统的实时性对精确实时闭环加载和数据采集的重要性。本文针对测试软件系统的实时性要求,在Windows XP系统下设计了基于μC/OS‐Ⅱ内核的实时测试软件,该软件具有通用性,对一般计算机实时测控系统软件的设计具有指导作用。
【Abstract】 Torsional dynamic stiffness is a significant factor which can affect the performance of the transmission system. However, the existing dynamic stiffness testers have problems with low dynamic loading frequency, low precision, and poor generality. In this thesis, the measure and control system for the test instrument of torsional dynamic stiffness is taken as the research object. The measure and control system consists of two subsystems: the torque loading system and the test software system. A high-performance measure and control system is developed successfully in this thesis.In order to develop the control algorithm for the torque loading system, the mathematical model of the torque loading system is developed. The mathematical model can help to study the following feature and the ability of anti-interference of the torque loading system. The PID control algorithm is adopted in the system to improve the following feature and high speed responsiveness. In order to improve the ability of anti-interference, the system uses fuzzy PID control algorithm. Finally, the control simulation experiment of the loading system was carried out. The results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm can meet the control accuracy and it also make the system have a better ability of anti-interference.In order to develop the test software system, the test software is developed based on the principle of torsional dynamic stiffness test. The test software can capture, save and display the data during the test process. The real-time performance of the test software is very important through the analysis of the test process, which needs real-time closed-loop control and real-time data acquisition. The software system was designed in Windows XP based on the common used μC/OS‐ Ⅱ real-time operation system. The software can play a guidance role in the development of the real-time measure and control system in other fields.
