基于组态王的油田采油量计量设备标定研究

【摘要】 随着经济的不断发展,石油资源的消耗也在日益增加,对石油贸易中的计量提出了更高的可靠性、准确性的要求。随着科技的不断发展,油田计量技术也臻于成熟,其中翻斗称重计量是一种设备简单,操作方便,可以实现连续计量的技术,但也存在计量不够准确的缺点。因此我们需要对石油翻斗计量设备进行标定。然而在传统的标定系统中,多数是人工或半自动化系统,操作复杂,效率低,而且还受各种实际现场因素的影响,导致标定存在较大的误差。因此本文提出了一种基于组态王和PLC的翻斗采油量计量设备的自动标定系统。本系统采用安装组态王软件的工控机作为上位机,可以对采集的数据进行记录、报表、分析等处理,并且能够实现管道流量控制。以工业计算机进行数据处理和实时监控,可以对现场设备进行实时监测和控制,并且能够对一些关键设备数据进行实时报警处理,并将数据进行记录和计算以供进一步的数据分析。西门子S7-200 PLC配合使用ADAM模块采集数据和控制输出,完成管道内流量以及稳压罐内液位的数据采集。通过PLC及亚当模块实现对电动调节阀、泵、控制开关的控制。在本系统中需要将油、水、气按照一定的比例混合来模拟实际原油的状态。按照流量大小将三相混合系统中油、水两相分别用三种口径的管道组成,在每个管道上串联电动调节阀和涡轮流量计。由PLC、涡轮流量计、电动调节阀组成一个闭环控制系统,实现对管道内流量控制。标定系统采用简单可靠的标准表法来标定翻斗流量计,整个系统可以实现翻斗采油量标定系统的自动控制和精确的数据分析,从而完成石油翻斗流量计的标定。该系统具有合理的结构设计、强大的功能、比较高的可靠度、操作简单,自动化程度高,能够稳定可靠的完成过程控制和数据的记录与分析处理,满足标定系统的实际需求,有助于提高了标定系统的效率和标定的准确性。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of China, the consumption of oil resources are also increasing. The higher reliability and accuracy requirements in the measurement of the oil trade are put forward. With the continuous development of science and technology, oil metering technology is also remarkably mature. For example, skip weighing measuring is a kind of measurement technology which can realize continuous measurement with the simple equipment and easy operation. But this method exists the shortcoming of inaccurate measurement. So we need to calibrate the accuracy and reliability of skip flowmeter. In the traditional calibration system, however, the majority is artificial, or half automation,complex operation,low efficiency, but also because of the influence of various actual factors, result in great error of calibration. So this article put forward a kind of a Skip flowmeter automatic calibration method based on King View software and PLC.This system adopts an industrial computer installed the kingview software as the upper machine, the data can be recorded, reporting, analysis, processing, and can realize PID control of pipe flow. Kingview on industrial computer for data processing and real-time monitoring, can realize real-time monitoring, in all parts of the system and key parts of the real-time alarm processing, and data records and pretreatment for further processing. With Siemens S7-200 PLC as lower machine used to grind degrees Adam module for data acquisition and control output. Calibration system using simple reliable standard table method to calibrate Skip flowmeter, the whole system can realize Skip flowmeter calibration system of automatic control and precise data analysis, so as to complete Skip flowmeter the veracity and reliability of measuring equipment calibration.The structure design of system is rational, perfect function, high reliability, simple operation, high degree of automation, This system can complete record and analysis of the process control and data processing, meet the actual demand of calibration system, and improve the efficiency of the calibration system and calibration accuracy
