胶州湾军事职能演变研究（1891-1945）

【摘要】 1840年中英鸦片战争爆发,这是中国有史以来第一次遭到来自海上的强敌入侵。从此之后,中国开始面临着越来越严峻的海疆危机,大规模的海防建设由此拉开了帷幕。位于山东半岛南端的胶州湾也因为海防建设而开启了近代化的历程。从1891年到1945年的半个世纪里,胶州湾历经清政府、德国、北洋政府、日本和南京国民政府五个时期的发展,在胶州湾东岸逐渐崛起了一座新兴城市——青岛。胶州湾近代化历程的开启与军事有着千丝万缕的联系,军事职能对青岛的形成和发展有着重要的作用。本文从军事的角度出发,通过论述、分析清政府时期、德占时期、日占时期和民国时期胶州湾的军事建设及军事职能的演变历程,以求探明军事职能演变的原因及其对青岛城市和地区形成和发展所产生的影响。本文正文共分五章：第一章论述了清政府在胶州湾设防的原因以及从事的海防建设,对清政府的海防建设做简单分析。第二章论述了德国占领胶州湾的原因以及对胶州湾的经营,阐述了胶州湾军事职能的演变,即从早期偏重军事建设向经济建设转变,实行军事与经济并举的政策,这是胶州湾军事职能演变的开始。第三章论述了日本占领青岛的原因以及以掠夺为主的殖民经营,分析了其军事职能削弱、经济职能占据城市首要地位的新形势。第四章论述北洋政府和南京国民政府对青岛的经营,阐述青岛军事职能消亡、经济职能最终确立。第五章探究了胶州湾军事能演变的原因及其历史影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In1840the Sino-British Opium War broke out, this was the first time for China suffered at sea invasion. From then on, China began to face more and more severe coast defence crisis, large-scale coastal defence construction which pulled open heavy curtain. Located at the southern tip of the Shandong Peninsula, Jiaozhou Bay open for construction of the process of modernization. From1891to1945, half a century, after Qing government period,German occupation period, Northern warlords government period, Japanese occupation period and Nanjing national government period five period of development, Qingdao, a new city risen in the eastern coast of Jiaozhou Bay. The modernization process of jiaozhou bay of open was closely related to military, military function has an important role to the formation and development of Qingdao. This thesis with the military point of view, through discussing and analyzing the evolution of military construction and military function of jiaozhou bay during Qing government period, German occupation period, Japanese occupation period and republican period, In order to ascertain the reason of the evolution of military function and the impact of the evolution of military function which in the process of formation and development of Qingdao city and area.This thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter discusses the reason of fortification of Qing government in Jiaozhou Bay as well as coastal defense construction, do a simple analysis of the Qing government coastal defense construction. The second chapter discusses the reason of Germany capture Jiaozhou Bay and colonist management, this chapter introduced evolution process of Jiaozhou Bay’s military function, from early emphasis on military construction to economy management policy, give attention to both military development and economic development, this is the outset of Jiaozhou Bay military function evolution. The third chapter discusses the reason of Japan capture Jiaozhou Bay and colonist management, analysis Japanese occupation period, the military function weaken, economic function dominated primary position. The fourth chapter discusses Northern warlords government and Nanjing national government who business in Qingdao, elaborated Qingdao’s military function dead, economic function established finally. The fifth chapter explore the reason and historical influence of Jiaozhou Bay military evolution.更多还原
