超临界流体色谱工作站的设计和开发

【摘要】 超临界流体色谱法是现代化学试验中最为常用的一种分析方法,它具有测量范围广、分析速度快、选择性高、稳定性好等特点,在许多领域都有着广泛的应用。随着计算机技术的飞速发展,许多重要的电子分析仪器设备越来越离不开与计算机的结合。当然,色谱分析仪作为一种混合物的分离与成分检测的电子设备也毫不例外。色谱技术自从1901年诞生以后,经过一个多世纪的不断发展和完善,其硬件技术已经日臻成熟,而配套的软件系统则往往因为客户需求的多样化以及系统架构设计的不合理因素造成的不足使得整个色谱系统性能大打折扣,所以设计一个性能良好的、满足用户需求的、且便于用户操作的色谱工作站至关重要。所谓的色谱工作站,就是一种与计算机技术相结合,对色谱仪器系统进行实时控制,并对检测器输出信号进行实时采集、显示和分析的软件系统。我们采用MFC技术结合面向对象的思想完成色谱工作站系统软件的开发,并对一些关键类的设计和实现使用了设计模式来增加系统的灵活性,便于日后对系统进行扩展和维护。本论文主要完成以下工作:1)介绍了超临界流体色谱仪的基本组成及其工作流程,完成了色谱工作站软件的总体架构设计;2)研究了谱图噪声滤除、谱图识别和谱图定性定量分析等色谱数据的处理算法;3)设计了色谱工作站的系统软件,主要包括数据库操作、用户权限管理、设备控制和方法管理以及谱图显示和处理等软件模块;4)对色谱工作站进行了实验测试,结果表明工作站各个模块能够完成预定功能,系统达到设计要求。

【Abstract】 Supercritical fluid chromatography is a common method of chemical analysis now.It has the advantage of wide measuring range,fast analysis speed and good stability,so it has been widely used in many fieldWith the rapid development of computer technology,many important electronic analysis equipments can’t work independently without computers.Of course,the chromatograph,a mixture of separation and a composition of electronic testing equipment,is no exception.The hardware technology of chromatography,with a century of continuous development and improvement,has matured since the chromatographic separation technology was found in 1901.However,the corresponding software systems are not good enough due to the diversification of customer needs,large degree of design flexibility and irrational system architecture,which makes the whole chromatographic system performance greatly reduced.So a well-designed software workstation system which not only meets user requirements,but is easy to extend and maintain in the future, is very important.The chromatography workstation,as a kind of software system,combined with computer technology, can control the chromatographic instrument system, besides, which can also detect and analyze the output signal.We use MFC technology combined with the object-oriented thought to complete the user rights management module, equipment control and method of management module, spectrum graph display and processing module and communication module, besides,we use design patterns to increase the flexibility of the system for the design and implementation of some key classes based on the system for further expansion and maintenance.The chromatography workstation mainly has the following features:1)This paper describes the basic composition and workflow of the supercritical fluid chromatograph and completes the overall architecture of the workstation software;2) It can carry out effective control and management of the equipments;3) It can display spectrogram curve, and can effectively spectrum peak detection, overlapping peak separation, chromatogram baseline correction and a series of quantitative calculation;4) It can save and manage the historical data, and can print the analysis report.
