【摘要】 连锁租赁青年公寓是近年来住房租赁市场上产生的一种新型产品。它面向特定的青年居住群体,在特定公司的运营方式下,且基于既有建筑利用的特定建设模式。因出现时间较短,相关理论与实践尚处在探索阶段,发展过程中存在诸多弊病。然而市场需求强大,且已表现出良好的发展势头。本文在实地调研实践项目的基础上,通过相关理论分析研究,试图总结归纳出青年公寓空间配置的标准以及标准框架,为将来连锁租赁型青年公寓大规模的发展建设提供专业的设计参考。绪论部分主要阐明研究目的及意义,明确研究对象。说明基于既有建筑利用的连锁租赁青年公寓空间配置这一研究的缘起。对国内外相关研究成果进行总结。提出研究方法及研究框架；第一章对影响连锁租赁青年公寓空间配置的因素进行剖析,关键影响因素有特定居住人群、特定的市场化运营模式、以及既有建筑利用的建设方式。采用理论研究、问卷调查以及实地调研的研究方法,从三条线索出发对各个影响因素进行分析。分别得到不同影响要素对空间配置的启示,为空间配置的研究奠定基础；第二章、第三章分别从外部和内部两个方面,对空间配置进行分析阐述。外部空间配置包括景观环境空间、停车空间、交通联系空间和建筑形象。内部空间配置包括居住单元空间、公共服务空间以及交通联系空间等。针对每个方面的内容,运用建筑学专业理论,综合问卷调查、实地调研的分析成果和运营方式等相关影响因素,分析得出空间配置标准,并利用具体案例对既有建筑利用方法进行简要举例说明；第四章是对整篇论文研究成果的总结及对青年公寓未来发展趋势的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chain rental youth apartments appears as a new product in the markets recently. It faces to the very group of young people and has the special construction pattern. The development of the apartments is not mature and the research on the apartments is missing. But it has a strong market demand and it is going to develop rapidly in the future. This research aims to fill the study blank of this field and provide a professional reference for the design of youth apartments.The introduction emphasizes the purpose and the meaning of this research. And the origin of the research is elaborated as well as the main object of study. Through literature review, the method and frame of this research is proposed. Chapter one mainly focuses on the analysis of key factors which influencethe space configuration. The three main factors include the special living group, the specific operation pattern of the companies and the construction manner based on the use of existing buildings. Through the using of theoretical research, questionnaire survey and extensive field survey, the influence of the factorsis classified. Chapter two and three are the key chapters that elaborate the space configuration from outside and inside aspects.Space configuration includes parking space, landscape space, living units space, public service space and so on. Through the analyzing of the current situation and the ideal demand of the living group, the research receives the comparatively complete standard. Besides, a brief description of the existing buildings’using method is made by illustrating the examples. Chapter four is the summary of the above research findings.更多还原
