中小学教师职业道德失范研究

【摘要】 教师职业道德是教师应该遵守的最基本的道德准则,它对教师的教育理念、态度、行为、品质等能够产生直接影响,而随着社会变革和经济体制改革的不断深化,近年来,网络媒体上报道的关于中小学教师冷漠孩子、体罚孩子等不合乎职业道德规范的教育事件屡屡发生。教师的道德失范问题已经日益引起社会各界的重视。教师职业道德失范行为指的是教师做出偏离或者违反职业道德规范的非正常行为。教师的道德失范行为给社会带来了极大恐慌,学生家长人人自危,给青少年的身心带来了极大的摧残。教育部《关于整顿师德的若干意见》的颁布,表明了国家政府对整顿师德,做好师风建设的重视程度,同时也昭示了我国现阶段师德建设以及整顿教师风气已经是燃眉之急。深入研究中小学教师职业道德失范现象,分析造成教师举止失宜的原因,并且提出具有针对性的解决策略,不仅能够显著改善中小学的教育水平,树立师德新风,还能够重塑教师个人形象,树立教师公信力,恢复社会和谐。本研究在文章的开头部分阐述了本次研究所涉及的研究方法、背景和意义,同时系统总结归纳了国内外相关的研究文献,主要运用了问卷调查法和访谈法对现阶段中小学教师道德失范行为进行研究,从研究结果中,我们能够了解到下列情况:绝大多数的家长和学生都认为当前教师职业道德普遍令人放心,但是存在小部分的害群之马。在调查中我们发现部分教师的廉洁从教意识薄弱,会利用自己的职务之便收受学生及家长的礼品,借着家长“望子成龙”的心理,大肆发展有偿补课的第二事业;同时中小学教师的爱岗敬业精神也有所下滑,教师把家长当作自己的小助理,将本该属于自己的责任推卸给家长;最重要的是教师对学生的不当惩戒行为依然存在,对待学生缺乏尊重,对优等生与差生差异对待,会因为成绩或家庭原因特别地照顾和偏心那些优等生。这些道德失范行为的发生是由多种因素造成的。有教师自身的教育观念落后,教师专业化程度低,个人压力过大等;更有社会不良风气的影响和应试教育这一教育大环境的影响。要想解决中小学教师职业道德失范问题,应该首先从内在方面提升教师专业化发展,提高教师的内在素质,同时从外在方面约束,通过教育和榜样的作用,有效的引导教师做出道德行为;同时有效完善监督体系和惩罚体系,规范教师道德失范行为;完善评价与激励制度,有效约束教师道德失范行为。除此之外还必须提高学生及家长自我保护意识,在自身受到侵害时能有效保护自己。
【Abstract】 Teachers’ professional morality is the most basic moral standard that teachers should obey,it has a direct impact on teachers’ educational philosophy,attitude,behavior, quality and so on. With the continuous deepening of social reform and economic system reform,in recent years,the network media reports on the occupation ethics education incident that the primary and secondary school teachers indifferent children and corporal punishment of children. Teachers’ anomie behavior has aroused the attention from all circles of society. The teachers ‘occupation moral anomie generally refers to the violation of occupation ethics of teachers in the category of "normal behavior". Because of this behavior, students and parents feel insecure. This behavior has brought great destruction to the young people’s body and mind. The Ministry of Education promulgated” some opinions on rectifying the teacher’s Ethics”,this shows that the national government to rectify the importance of moral construction. At the same time, it also shows that in the present stage, the construction of teachers’ morality is imminent. To conduct the thorough research to the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional moral anomie phenomenon, analysis the cause of teachers’ improper behavior, and put forward the solution of the targeted strategy has significant meaning. It can significantly improve the education level of primary and middle schools and establish the ethics behavior, rebuild their personal image, establish teachers’ credibility, and restore the social harmony.In this study, the beginning of the article expounds the research method, the background and significance and the research covers. Summarizing the relevant research literature in the domestic and abroad at the same time. This article mainly uses the method of questionnaire investigation and interview. From the results, we can learn about the following situation: The vast majority of parents and students think that the current teachers’ professional ethics is generally reassuring, but there are a few black sheep. In the survey we found that part of the teachers teaching the honestyof consciousness is weak. They will use their position to accept gifts from students and their parents. By the parents mentality which hopes they children will have a bright future to develop their career second. At the same time, teachers’ spirit of dedication also fell. Teachers to parents as their assistant, they sometimes belong to their own responsibility to parents. The most important is the teacher to student’s improper disciplinary behavior still exists. Teachers treat students’ still lack of respect.The students will be treated the difference. There are many reasons for these abnormal behaviors. Some because of the teacher’s own education idea behind, their specialization degree is low, and their individual pressure is too big, and some is because the social bad wind and the examination oriented education influence. To solve the problem of teachers’ morality in primary and middle schools, it should be the first that improve teachers’ professional development from internal aspects, to enhance the intrinsic quality of teachers. while from the external constraints,effectively improve the supervision system and punishment system, standardize the behavior of teachers’ moral misconduct. Improve the evaluation and incentive system,effectively restrain the behavior of teachers’ Morality. Finally, through the role of education, the effective guidance will be taken to make moral behavior. In addition, the self-protection awareness of students and their parents must be improved;it can effectively protect themselves when itself are violated.
