热交换站的远程自动化控制

【摘要】 随着我国科学技术、经济水平的不断提高,作为民生问题的供暖事业也再逐步提高。但目前我国供暖自动化程度还较低,大多数热交换站还需要人工进行职守,而热交换站的平衡调节需要操作人员有一定的经验,而职守人员大多没有相关经验,有的地区甚至一人职守多个热交换站,因而这些热交换站的热量平衡调节基本属于空白状态。这不仅导致能源的大量浪费,也造成了供暖效率低,供热水平差现象的大量发生。针对这些问题,本课题研究的热交换站远程自动化控制系统首先解决了平衡调节的问题:通过调节流量来实现热平衡调节,将一个个热交换站所需要热量直接输入到操作中心,将以往根据经验调节的流量转化成准确数值,使其更加的简单易操作;其次将各个热交换站的数据通过互联网或者3G网络整合到操作中心,然后根据各个热交换站实际用热量,由操作人员统一调配,通过调节各个热交换站循环水泵工作频率的大小来调节流量,从而达到远程调节热量分配的目的,使的整个供热网络处于整体动态平衡的状态,这样不仅大量减少了人力资源,也使得能量的分配有了目的性,减少了能源的浪费;最后通过互联网可以实现多用户的远程观看,真正实现互联网通讯,使操作人员可以随时随地观测数据。本论文基于河北省某市供暖公司热交换站自控改造工程,运行结果表明:本热交换站远程自动化控制系统为热交换站自动调节平衡提供可靠的技术支撑。实现了增加效率、减小劳动强度的目的。而且具有良好的安全性和可靠性。本系统通过智能调节流量改善热源能量分配,一定程度上提高了用户的热舒适性并实现节能减排的目标。热网全面化的数据不仅可实现热负荷的动态分配,还大大简化了工作人员的操作流程。
【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of science and technology, economic level in our country, as a problem of heating utility also gradually increase. But at present our country heating automation degree is low, most of the heat exchange station need artificial to their duties, and the balance of the heat exchange station control operators need to have certain experience, but most of duty personnel without the relevant experience, even in areas where more than one duty heat exchange station, so the heat exchange station of heat balance adjustment is basically blank. It is not only cause the waste of energy, it caused the low efficiency of heating, heating of level difference phenomenon occurs.To solve these problems, this topic research the heat exchange station remote automation control system first solve the problem of the balance adjustment: by adjusting the flow to achieve heat balance adjustment, pushes the heat exchange station need heat input directly to the operations center, will be based on past experience to adjust flow into accurate numerical, make it more simple easy to operate; Next to each heat exchange station data through the Internet or 3G network integrated into operation center, then each heat exchange station based on the actual quantity of heat, by the operating personnel unified deployment, through adjusting the size of the circulating water pump working frequency of each heat exchange station to regulate traffic, so as to achieve the aim of remote adjusting the distribution of heat, make the heating network is in a state of the whole dynamic balance, thereby reducing the human resource is not only a lot of, also makes the distribution of the energy with the purpose, to reduce the waste of energy;Finally through the Internet can achieve multi-user remote viewing, truly achieve the Internet communication,ensure that operators can observation data anytime and anywhere.The station control project for the renovation of heat exchanger based on Hebei Province city heating company. The running results show that the heat exchanger station remote automatic control system for heat exchange station automatically adjust the balance to provide reliable technical support. To achieve the purpose of increasing efficiency and reducing labor intensity. And have good safety and reliability. This system can improve the thermal comfort of the users and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction by improving the energy distribution of the heat source. To realize the dynamic heat load distribution can not only supply the comprehensive data, but also greatly simplifies the operation process of workers
