【摘要】 近十年以来,由于中国国力增强,国民生产总值提升和普通大众生活水平的提高,中国大陆越来越多的大学生、中学生甚至小学生出境寻求国外发达国家教育资源的使用。因此,国内也培养和涌现出500余家提供出国留学咨询服务的企业和机构。但是,行业的年轻、规模差异和企业不同,导致各企业在商业模式选择和使用上也各自不同。商业模式是近几年以来国内外专家理论研究和企业实践探讨的重点理论领域。通过系统学习、梳理国内外研究理论,结合所从事的行业、企业的经营实际,系统分析研究商业模式理论在服务企业的实践及相关改善。论文运用亚历山大?奥斯特瓦德的商业模式画布分析工具,结合JJL留学公司的经营管理模式、未来发展需求的具体资料和数据,从画布三大模块九要素,即经营基础模块包括关键业务、合作伙伴、核心资源三要素;客户模块包括客户细分、客户关系、价值主张、渠道通路四要素;财务模块包括收入来源、成本结构两要素上对具体案例企业JJL留学公司的现实商业模式和经营现状进行了分析论证,通过透视JJL留学公司的商业模式要素,提炼出JJL留学公司商业模式改进的方法,提高JJL留学公司的商业运营效率和盈利能力。通过分析论证,力求基本清晰地梳理、透视JJL留学公司的商业模式要素,提炼模式优化的方法,旨在通过本论文的研究结论和商业模式改进创新建议,提高JJL留学公司的商业运营效率和盈利能力,并以JJL留学公司为参照,对留学中介这一新兴行业的健康快速发展提供理论和技术支持。最后,对JJL留学公司未来的经营运作提出了商业模式改进建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past ten years,the national strength of China was enhanced, the GNP and the living standard of the public was improved more and more of Chinese college students, middle school students and school pupils go to the developed countries to use their education resources. As a result, more than 500 domestic culture enterprises and institutions of consulting services appeared. However, due to the immaturity, the scale and the difference of business lead to the different choice is made in choosing and using the business model.Business model is an important area researched and discussed by the domestic and international experts and business practice in recent years. Through studying systematically, systemizing the domestic and foreign research theory, combining management practice with the industry and the enterprise, we analysis and research the practice and improvement in the theory of the business model.The report was used to analysis. It combined with the Business management mode in JJL oversea and the demand of future develop specific information and dat a. The tool of Alexander Ostervad business model were divided in to three basic man agement module, four factors of customer modal and two financial modal. Additiona lly, three basic management module includes the key business, Cooperation partner, the core resources。 customer modal composed by customer relationship, value pro position, channel access. And than, Financial module includes two major elements : income and structure, which was used to study the specific case of management pre sent situation and analyzed the current operation in JJL overseas company business. Through the perspective of JJL overseas company business model to improve the op erational efficiency and profitability in the JJL company’s.Through analysis, we can systemize elements of JJL business model in consulting services and refine optimization method of model. The purpose of this essay is to improve the efficiency and profitability of the JJL through the conclusion of the research and the innovative advice of this business model, and provide theory and technology for the infant industry of consulting services according to the JJL.At last, this essay to JJL company’sput forward the advice about the optimization and innovation in line with each key factor of the business model accordingly.更多还原
