【摘要】 一个普通小学想成为名校就需要打造自身的教育品牌,而打造名校的首要前提则是构建完善的办学理念。从目前我国的教育现状来看小学办学理念存在严重缺失:如没有明确的办学理念,“口号化”、“超前化”的办学理念,缺乏学校个性、特色的办学理念等等。因此,从实践的角度来看,学校要想打造品牌成就名校,就要重新审视自身的办学理念,并努力提炼出符合自身实际的办学理念。本文通过研究小学名校的办学理念,对名校办学理念进行深层次剖析,取其成功之处,进而提出实施对策,为普通小学如何走上通往名校之路提供可行性方法。首先,重点叙述了办学理念的现实意义,提出了普通小学发展为什么需要办学理念,强调出办学理念对于小学学校发展,特别是打造名校的重要意义;其次,根据小学办学理念各种误区表征,总结出当下小学办学理念的各种缺失及其存在的原因;再次,对部分小学名校的办学理念进行共性和个性的解析;最后,根据实际提出实施对策,为我国普通小学成就名校提供可行性建议。本文运用文献分析法、比较研究法对国内外小学名校的办学理念进行分析,通过比较多所名校,提炼出其办学理念中存在的共性和个性特点,并且通过个案剖析,提炼出学校形成办学理念的基本特质、思路和规律,梳理并概括出形成小学名校办学理念的基本思路,从而对我国普通小学办学理念的构建提供科学的指导和借鉴,为正在建设中的并想成为名校的普通小学提供实践指导和理论定位。更多还原

【Abstract】 A school which wants to become a success school must create an elite education brand. A prerequisite to build the brand of the school is to improve the educational philosophy. From the point of view of the current status of education,the school running idea is missing,some schools do not have a clear idea of running a school; some schools although clearly put forward the idea of running a school,the situation of "slogan", "advanced" is ex sit. Some schools still remain in the evaluation focus of the school and teachers,and lack of School Personality. Therefore, from the perspective of practice,the school wants to build the brand achievement elite,it is necessary to examine their "education philosophy",and strive to meet the refined school practical education philosophy.The core idea of the paper is educational philosophy of the primary schools, the education ideas of primary schools of deep analysis,take the success,and according to the actual proposed countermeasures,for ordinary primary school in our country,how to embark on a leading to the elite provide feasible methods. First,put forward the primary school why need educational philosophy. The paper mainly discusses the realistic significance of the idea of running a school,stressed out educational philosophy to the development of the school, especially the importance to build schools,and summarized the current primary school and read the lack and the reason. The second part is to summarize the problem of the lack of the concept of school running. The third part is the main school of the school running concept of common and personality analysis,summed up the reason why the elite schools in the creation of the concept of success in running school experience. The fourth part puts forward countermeasures according to the actual implementation,provide the possibility of path for the achievements of China’s elite ordinary primary school.This paper through the analysis of literature research method and comparative research method through the primary school to the domestic and foreign elite,combs and summarizes the basic thinking on the formation of primary school formed the idea of running schools. Through comparing with many schools,refine the generality and personality characteristics of the ideas of running school,dig out the lack of common primary school education,thus to our ordinary primary school education construction to provide scientific guidance and practice reference. And through the primary school has a long history of universities in China case analysis,to extract the school form the basic features of school running idea,basic train of thought,the basic law,to play to the ordinary primary schools are in the construction,want to build schools in practical guidance and theoretical orientation.更多还原
