【摘要】 如何在有限的资源下确保每一个人的利益平等是分配正义的主旨所在。古今中外,无数思想家都在各自的时代背景下为解决这一问题作出了不懈的努力。本文从先秦儒家的集大成者荀子的分配正义思想着眼,力图通过现代的话语阐述荀子的分配正义思想,实现传统文化的现代性转化。本文对荀子分配正义思想的研究主要是从其时代背景,思想渊源,理论建构展开论述。绪论部分介绍了本文研究的时代背景及现实意义,并且对一些学者的相关研究进行了述评,同时说明了本文研究的目的和采用的研究方法。正文部分分为三章。第一章分析了荀子分配正义思想产生的背景和理论前提。本章详细分析了荀子所处战国时期所面临的经济、政治和文化背景以及性恶论和明分使群的社会建构论的理论前提。第二章通过深入研究《荀子》原典,阐述了荀子分配正义思想的理论内涵。荀子以“制礼义以分之”为主要分配原则,按照职业分工进行经济利益的分配；依据德能标准进行政治权力的分配。在分配正义实现的途径上,通过经济层面的富民裕民以增加社会财富总量,通过政治层面的尚贤使能以保证政治参与机会的平等,通过轨制层面的实行王制以限制君权,通过制度层面的收养五疾以保障社会弱势群体的利益,最终实现培养“成人”的个人进而实现“至平”的社会的理想目标。第三章阐述了荀子分配正义思想的影响,对其思想的积极价值与局限性进行了评析,还通过与荀子关系密切,深受荀子思想影响的韩非、董仲舒、司马迁、王夫之等人对荀子分配正义思想的吸收,分析荀子分配正义思想在后世的发展。综上而言,本文运用现代性话语梳理荀子的分配正义思想,使其思想系统化,规范化。荀子的分配正义思想是解决当时社会一系列由分配不均导致的社会问题的典范,对于现今最终实现社会的公平与正义具有重要的启示意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to ensure that limited resources are equal benefit of everyone where the spirit of distributive justice. All times, many thinkers have their background in order to solve this problem has made unremitting efforts. This article from the dispensing justice Confucian thought master of Xunzi focus, trying to elaborate thought justice Xunzi distribution through modern discourse, to achieve a modern transformation of traditional culture.Research paper assignment Xunzi thought justice was mainly from the historical background, ideological origins, theoretical construction to start on. The introduction describes the background and significance of this study and related research conducted by some scholars review, at the same time explains the purpose and methods used in this study. Body part is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly through historical analysis, analysis of the ideology of distributive justice Xunzi generated social foundation and theoretical premise. This chapter analyzes the social basis of economic, political and cultural Xunzi which faced the Warring States period, and on the theoretical premise of evil and "mingfenshiqun".The second chapter mainly through literature research, in-depth study<Xunzi>, elaborated Xunzi thought the main content of distributive justice. Xunzi of "zhiliyiyifenzhi" as the main principle of distribution according to occupational division of labor distribution of economic benefits; according to the morality and capacity standards for distribution of political power. Xunzi through political level "shangxian" enabled to ensure equality of opportunity and political participation, economic level in order to increase the total heights enriching social wealth, the level of implementation of the system in order to limit monarchical kingship and adoption of five disease in order to protect the interests of socially vulnerable groups of four Ways to train him to achieve "perfection" of individuals so as to realize "zhiping" the ideal goal of society.The third chapter expounds Xunzi’s influence on the later generation scholars thoughts of distributive justice, and analyses its limitations. Mainly by Han-fei, Dong-zhong-shu, Si-ma-qian and Wang-fu-zhi to analysis the development of Xunzi. Also,from the perspectives of theoretical basis and realization to analysis the limitations of Xunzi’s theory.In conclusion, this paper uses modernity discourse combing Xunzi to make the distributive justice systematization and standardization.For nowadays, Xunzi’s distributive justice of solving the social model of a series of social problems caused by uneven distribution has great significance on eventually realizing social fairness and justice.更多还原
