哈尔滨铁路局哈尔滨南站通信系统改造研究

【摘要】 2013年起铁路总公司推出了货运组织的改革方案,推动铁路货运加快向现代物流方向的快速转变,缩短了编组站的货物集结时间,以提高货物运输的时效性,并且将实现编组站综合自动化系统的建设也提到日程上来。近年来我国编组站自动化技术取得了不错的进步,编组站的建设也在稳定并快速的发展中,先后启动了编组站集成自动化系统(CIPS)和编组站综合自动化系统(SAM)建设。编组站综合自动化系统是一套面向编组站各行车岗位日常作业的自动化系统,将编组站内各行车岗位职能进行综合考虑,以信息共享为基础,以计算机辅助为主要手段,通过功能模块化的设计,实现了具有集中、智能、灵活特点的,适用于编组站综合管理和作业运用的自动化系统。作为基础网的通信系统为综合自动化系统提供相应通道,成为联结各子系统的桥梁和纽带。哈尔滨南站为路网性编组站,是哈局规模最大、最重要的编组站。目前哈南编组站能力紧张,现有自动化技术水平低。主要原因是哈尔滨南站从投入设运行后,通信设施几乎没有进行过升级改造,通信设备及缆线老化,设备超期服役,尤其无线列调设备还存在一定的干扰。各场调度、信号人员分散办公,各个系统维护需要大量人员,资源浪费严重,整体协调能力差,劳动率低下,导致了劳动力成本居高不下,已经不适应现代物流企业的发展。要实现哈尔滨南站编组站综合自动化,就必须先对通信系统进行有效的升级和改造。随着通信技术的飞速发展,大量新技术、新方案在铁路通信系统内的应用,给铁路编组站自动化技术发展提供了保障,尤其用波分来解决长大干线和保护倒换时间长的问题,给通信数据网注入新的活力,全光网络的通信数据网下层维护方便,同时解决了传输网络带宽不足,无法满足视频等数据业务需求问题,为编组站调度可视化的集中指挥与集中监控提供了有利的通道保障。本文通过对哈尔滨南站通信各个子系统进行细致的分析,从而制定包括光缆、传输网、交换网、通信数据网、调度通信网、无线列调网等方面的改造方案,通过建设调度集中监控中心,利用先进的通信手段,对哈尔滨南站通信系统进行升级改造,配合哈南编组站SAM系统改造,实现调度集中办理调车、编组等任务,各场维护人员数量将大幅减少,大大提高劳动生产力,使哈尔滨南站成为集约型编组站。

【Abstract】 Railway Company introduced freight organizational reform program since 2013,to promote railway freight to speed up the transformation to modern logistics, shorten the time of the goods assembled of the marshalling station, improve the timeliness of cargo transport, construction marshalling station integrated automation system is also on the agenda. In recent years our marshalling station automation technology has made considerable progress, construction of marshalling station also in the rapid and stable development, has launched the marshalling station integrated automation system(CIPS) and marshalling station comprehensive automation system(SAM) construction.Harbin South Station is a network marshalling station, the largest and most important marshalling yard of Harbin Railway Bureau. Currently the ability of marshalling station in Harbin South Station is limited, the level of automation technology is low. The main reason is that communication facilities almost no have upgraded, communications equipment and cable aging, equipment overtime service, wireless particular column transfer device also has some interference since Harbin South Station is put into operation. Scheduling and signal personnel dispersed office, each system requires a lot of maintenance personnel, serious waste of resources, overall coordination ability is poor, labor efficiency is low, all of these lead to high labor costs, no longer adapt to the development of modern logistics enterprises. To realize the construction of Harbin South Marshalling Station comprehensive automation system, we must first reform and upgrade of the communication system.With the rapid development of communication technology, a number of new technologies, new solutions in the railway communication system application, to the railway marshalling station automation technology development to provide a guarantee, especially wavelength division to solve long long trunk and protection switching and data communication network injected new vitality, all-optical network data communication network layer and maintenance is convenient. And it can solve the network transmission bandwidth is inadequate, unable to meet the business demand video data, for marshalling station dispatching visualization centralized command and centralized monitoring channel to provide protection. Based on the Harbin South Station communication subsystems for analysis to develop plans that include fiber optic cable, transmission network, switching networks, data networks, dispatching communication network, wireless column tune network transformation program, Through the construction of centralized dispatch control center, the use of advanced means of communication, Harbin South Station to upgrade the communication system to achieve the scheduling centralized processing shunting, marshalling and other tasks, the number of maintenance personnel each field will be significantly reduced, greatly improving labor productivity, Harbin South marshalling station become intensive.
