枳术姜参汤对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡大鼠模型的作用及机制研究

【摘要】 目的：本课题旨在观察枳术姜参汤对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡大鼠的作用并探讨其作用机制,以期望进一步研发本方制剂奠定基础。方法：采用冰食醋法、醋酸涂抹法复制脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡模型大鼠,观察枳术姜参汤对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡大鼠一般生理状况、胃黏膜形态学的改变、胃溃疡面积的抑制作用,并观察胃组织中氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量及血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量变化。结果：1.枳术姜参汤可减少脾胃虚寒型大鼠胃溃疡面积(与模型组相比p<0.01)2.枳术姜参汤可使脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡大鼠胃组织SOD含量升高(与模型组相比p<0.01),MDA含量降低(与模型组相比p<0.01)；3.枳术姜参汤高剂量组可升高脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡大鼠血清NO含量(与模型组相比p<0.01)；4.脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡大鼠胃组织病理学观察,与模型组比较,枳术姜参汤组胃毛细血管扩张降低,中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞浸润减少。结论：1.枳术姜参汤具有抗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的作用；2.枳术姜参汤抗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的作用机制在本实验条件下表明是通过提高胃黏膜抗氧化自由基的能力,促进胃黏膜保护因子的合成和释放,增强胃黏膜防御能力,减轻黏膜损伤,促进黏膜修复。
【Abstract】 Objective:This study is to observe the effect Zhizhu ginger Ginseng spleen and stomach ulcer in rats and to explore its mechanism of action, expecting further development of the party preparations foundation.Methods:The method of ice vinegar, acetic acid smear method to copy the spleen and stomach ulcer rat model, observe the effect of Ginseng zhizhu ginger rat spleen and stomach ulcer general physiological conditions, the morphology of gastric ulcer area inhibition, and observation of the stomach tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content and serum nitric oxide (NO) content change.Results:1. Zhizhu ginger Ginseng can reduce the area of the spleen and stomach ulcer in rats (compared with the model group, p<0.01);.2 Zhizhu Ginger Ginseng can spleen and stomach ulcer rat gastric tissue SOD content increase (compared with the model group, p<0.01), MDA decreased (compared with the model group, p<0.01);.3 Zhizhu ginger Ginseng high dose can be increased spleen Deficiency type Gastric ulcer rats NO content (compared with the model group, p <0.01);.4 rat spleen and stomach ulcer gastric histopathological observation, compared with the model group, Zhizhu Ginseng ginger group to reduce stomach telangiectasia, neutrophils and lymphocyte infiltration reduction.Conclusions:1 Zhizhu Ginger Ginseng has anti spleen Deficiency type gastric ulcer;2 mechanism Zhizhu ginger Ginseng anti-gastric ulcer stomach Deficiency may by promoting the synthesis and release of gastric mucosal protective factor.enhance the gastric mucosal defense capability by increasing the gastric mucosal anti-free radical oxidation, reduce gastric mucosal damage and promote repair of gastric mucosa.
