电信数据设备安全管理系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 在大数据时代的电信运营服务业环境中,用户信息以及服务数据的安全性是电信公司能否保证提供完善服务的一项重要的内容。在保证用户应用数据设备安全性的前提下,利用已经掌握的数据更加精确的洞察客户需求,提高电信行业的智能化水平,并提供从数据挖掘中获取新业务的能力成为电信行业的新诉求。因此,开发台州电信数据设备安全管理信息系统十分有必要,将大大提升了电信公司的实际业务运营和生产的能力。本文提出了系统的设计目标:自动定位安全故障的现象,在处理客户数据时进行软件辅助处理,实现标准化的操作流程,减少人为操作失误,提高故障处理的准确性。本文以台州电信数据设备安全管理信息系统开发项目为基础,采用B/S三架构实现,面向对象的系统分析与设计方法,主要实现了设备操作维护安全管理,设备安全维护,系统安全管理,操作日志管理等主要功能。系统分析是基于需求分析的基础,各个模块的表达模式是通过包图,类图,序列图,活动图等形式完成,数据库表达方法采用的是传统E-R法,并以此绘制各类数据图表等,通过不断的测试和修改,以此结果显示,我们知道这个系统运行时候相对稳定,且能够在数据安全性上保证客户需求,系统操作简单,具有良好的实用性。
【Abstract】 In the era of big data of telecom services environment, user information and the safety of the service data is Telecom Company can provide perfect service is an important content. In order to safeguard the safety of the user application data equipment, use of data have more precise insight into customer needs, improve the intelligent level of the telecom industry, and provide the ability to obtain new business from the data mining become the new demands for the telecom industry. Therefore, the development of taizhou telecom data safety equipment management information system is very necessary, will greatly improve the telecommunications company’s actual business operation and production capacity.In this paper, the design objective of the system is presented:the phenomenon of automatic positioning of the safety fault, and the processing of the customer data, the software assistant processing, to achieve the standard operation process, reduce human error, and improve the accuracy of fault handling. Based on the development project of Taizhou telecom data and equipment safety management information system, the paper adopts B/S three frameworks to realize the system analysis and design method, and realizes the application data security management, equipment safety management, network security management, system management and other major functions. System analysis is based on the needs analysis, the expression pattern of each module is completed by the package, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and other forms. The method uses the traditional E-R method, and then draws the entity attribute graph, ER graph and database table structure. The results show that the system is stable and can meet the needs of the telecom equipment industry.
