【摘要】 循证医学(Evidence-based medicine, EBM)本意而言就是遵循科学证据的医学,是上世纪90年代兴起的新的临床医学模式,其核心是任何临床决策和卫生政策的制定都应基于证据,在最新的科学研究成果指导下,医师恰当的诊治疾病,专家制定安全有效的诊疗规范,医疗行政部门拟定医疗政策等。目前循证医学已得到医学界的广泛认可,是临床医务人员新的临床行为模式,受到各国政府的重视、最终让广大患者受益。循证医学的关键是证据,证据是进行循证医学临床实践的基础,临床医务工作者只有获得最新的科学证据,才能掌握医学前沿知识,指导临床决策,更好的为患者服务。医学信息服务人员能够熟练操纵医学信息资源,提供科学、真实、适用性强的科研证据,开展更广、更深、更高层次的医学信息服务。循证医学的兴起为医学信息服务开辟了新天地,提供了无限成长空间。医学院校图书馆开展循证医学信息服务有着得天独厚的优势,为满足日益凸显的服务需求,医学院校图书馆必须探索出可持续发展的循证医学服务方略,深化图书馆员的服务意识,转被动服务为主动,丰富服务内容,探索服务方式,加强图书馆信息资源和人力资源建设是实施循证医学服务的保障。本论文阐述了医学文献检索在循证医学实践中的重要性,及医学院校开展循证医学信息服务的优势,研究了国内外开展循证医学信息服务的现状,通过调查目前我国临床医生对循证医学的了解程度和临床实践现况,分析了临床医生对循证医学服务的需求,在此基础上提出了医学院校图书馆进行循证医学服务的项目内容,并详细的论述了具体实施方法。论文还论述了医学院校图书馆开展循证医学服务必须进行的服务保障体系的建设问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evidence-based medicine (EBM) is a medicine that is based on scientific evidence. It is a new clinical medical model emerged in the early 1990s. EBM’s essential theory is that any clinical decision or implementation of medical service polices is based on evidence. That is, with the guidance of the latest reliable scientific research findings, doctors will diagnose and treat the diseases properly, experts will make out safe and effective diagnosis and treatment norms, the government will make out corresponding medical service policies, etc. Currently evidence-based medicine has been widely recognized in medical science, it has been the clinical staff’s new clinical behavior patterns, have drawn the attention of the governments and eventually benefit the patients.The key point of EBM is evidence which is the foundation to conduct clinical practice of EBM. Only being exposed to the latest scientific evidence could clinical medical staff grasp advanced medical knowledge, guide clinical decisions and better serve the patients. Those medical information workers could skilled use of medical information resources and provide medical evidence which is scientific, true, reliable and could be widely applied to provide medical information service of wider, deeper and higher level. Development of EBM has broken new ground and unlimited the developing space for medical information service. School libraries of the medical universities possess the naturally endowed advantage to provide EBM information service. To satisfy the increasing demands for service, it is necessary for medical college libraries to find out the sustainable developed strategy of providing EBM service. Strengthening librarians’ sense of providing service, transforming passive service into active one, Rich service content, explore the service mode, strengthening the construction of library information resources and human resources is the guarantee of the implementation of EBM service.This thesis studies the current conditions of providing EBM information service both at home and abroad by stating the relationship between EBM and literature retrieval as well as medical colleges’ advantage to provide EBM information service. What’s more, it analyzes clinical doctors’ demands for EBM service by Chinese clinical doctors’ knowledge about EBM nowadays and practical conditions of EBM application based on which, it further point out the content of EBM service that medical universities would provide and detailed implementing methods. Finally, this thesis has a discussion on the issues related to constructing service security system in medical university libraries to implement EBM service.更多还原
