基于SaaS的云应用报表设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着网格计算概念的提出,各互联网巨头巨型机设备越来越多,云计算成为互联网和IT巨头关注的热点,被视为IT界的下一次革命。使分散的个人PC时代逐步走向统一的云计算时代。作为一种全新的应用模式,云计算以其灵活、可靠、节约、方便、安全等一系列优点将对传统信息行业产生巨大冲击,深刻的改变IT的发展方向。依靠云计算提供的计算能力,软件即服务Saas作为一种服务模型被提出,客户不再需要自己部署软件,只需要按照需求使用服务商提供的软件即可。在企业中的生产管理等过程中,针对自己的产品会有很多报表产生,从纸质的报表开始发展到电子的报表的使用,一定程度上提高了效率,方便了管理。但是各企业的报表格式不一,需求不一,随着报表数量增加,管理维护存放报表数据也日趋成为问题,数据仅仅只是记录在报表中,如果不通过人为的主动分析,很难从中获得实质的有益数据。通过使用云报表,解决了大量数据存放问题、客户不需要安装各种不同的报表软件,使用浏览器快速接入平台,依据自身需求定制产生自己需要的报表形式,方便了企业使用,极大提高效率,节约了成本。本文主要讨论了云计算相关知识。首先介绍了云计算的发展背景与特点,接着论述了云计算的三种服务模型、云计算的技术构架以及云计算的应用领域,然后讲述了当今世界上几家比较有名的云计算服务商在云计算发展方面所做的努力。通过研究使用force.com平台,创建仓库管理应用程序,研究使用报表和仪表板对应用系统的数据进行分析,并且通过使用一些列自定义汇总公式创建矩阵报表和联合报表,来帮助公司了解其运行状况,进而提高工作的效率,在此之前通过需求分析,在Force.com平台设计了满足业务要求的仓库管理应用系统,完成的主要任务有:数据库的设计实现,业务逻辑的设计实现,用户界面的设计实现,Apex语言的使用,产品站点的设计等。在设计的过程中,只需连接网络通过浏览器即可完成应用,无需搭建环境,这无疑是一种高效、便捷的运行模式,也是云计算的优势所在。最后通过与传统的报表形式相对比,可以得知,Saas的报表,不仅简单高效,节约的企业成本,而且方便了企业的部署安装应用,数据也不在是静态的,而是实时动态的。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of the concept of grid computing,each internet gaint company have more and more equipments,cloud computing has become a hot spot of the Internet and giant IT focus,is considered as a next revolution in the IT industry. IT world change from personal PC to cloud computing gradually.As a new application model, cloud computing with its flexible, reliable, economical, convenient, safe, and a series of advantages, will have a huge impact on the traditional information industry. It will profound change the direction of the IT development.With the computing ability of cloud computing,the software as a service is proposed as a model,customers no longer need to deploy their own software,but to use the software the cloud computing company provider.In the process of production and management in the enterprise,for their own products will generate a lot of statements reports,repost change from paper to electronic reporting.To some extent it improved the efficiency and management of enterprise,but all enterprise reports formats are different.Increasing in the number of reports,the report data storage management and maintenance are becoming complex.The data just recode in the report,if not anlysis,it is difficult to obtain the useful data.By using cloud computing reports,it can solve the problem of store large amount of data,besides customers do not need to install a variety of reports sofrware. It is simple to use the browser to access platform to generate the report they want based on their deman.It is greatly impove efficiciency and saving the cose.This article mainly discusses the knowledge related to cloud computing. Firstly, introduced the background of cloud computing development and its characteristics, and then discusses the service model, technical architecture and of cloud computing’s apply field. After that, tells some famous cloud computing service providers in the world and their plans.Through using force.com platform,creating warehouse management applications and analysing data. and by using reports and dashboards for analysis the data in the application can help companies understand their status, and improve the efficiency of the work. Before that, design a warehouse management application system through the analysis of the demand on the Force.com platform. By using the platform, we have a certain understanding. Include the design of database, business logic, user interface, Apex language use, the site etc. In the process of design, just connect to the Internet via browser to finish app, without build environment, this is undoubtedly a highly efficient and convenient operation mode, and the advantages of cloud computing.Finaly with the traditional form of statements contrase,Saas report not only simple and efficient,saving the cost,but also to facilitate the deployment and installation of enterprise.the data not static but real-time dynamic.
