电信宽带卫星小型基站C网覆盖的设计与实现

【摘要】 我国幅员辽阔,地形多种多样,总体来说山多平原地带少,同时,我国西高东低,高原、沙漠、盆地、丘陵等地形占全国总面积的三分之二还多,地质构造复杂,严重的制约了我国的移动网络覆盖的发展。同时,通信技术的快速发展,促进了人们生产、工作、生活等各方面的进步。尤其是移动通信技术的普及应用,极大的满足了人们物质和精神上面的需求。但是,由于我国经济发展的不均衡以及地形的分布,导致我国的移动通信网络不能覆盖全国范围。比如,在山区地带,网络覆盖就会比平原地带的信号更差,东部经济发达,网络覆盖的范围更广,而西部地区就会范围会小很多,即使是身处同一座城市,也会因为基站的分布不均匀,导致远离人口稠密地区的偏远地带就会出现网络覆盖差的问题。本文由于宽带卫星与小型基站组建C网这样的模式在国内还没有应用的先例,通过开展现场试验测试,可以真实反映宽带卫星作为小型基站采用卫星回传手段下CDMA网络质量与性能情况,验证宽带卫星作为小型基站回传手段在现网应用的可行性。同时,为了更好的检测宽带卫星与小型基站组网方案,本人设计并实现了宽带卫星与小型基站通信框架,并实现了宽带卫星与小型基站网络管理系统。该系统可以对当前的宽带卫星与小型基站网络进行监控,并完成了方案测试。测试结果将丰富中国电信在偏远欠发达地区,C网覆盖漏洞区域的网络覆盖解决手段,同时可以为中国电信集团制定与实施偏远地区CDMA的网络建设规划、丰富突发事件与自然灾害下的应急通信手段,提供有益的数据支撑和决策参考。
【Abstract】 Our country has a vast territory and a wide variety of terrain, and generally speaking, the plains are less than mountains, the west is higher than east, and the terrain of the plateau, desert, basin, and so on, is more than 2/3 of the total area.At the same time, the rapid development of communication technology, promote the production, work, life and other aspects of progress. Especially the popularization of mobile communication technology, the people’s material and spiritual needs is greatly satisfied. However, due to the imbalance of economic development in China and the distribution of the terrain, the mobile communication network cannot cover the whole country. For example, in the mountainous area, the network coverage will be worse than the plain area. Because of the eastern economic developed, the network coverage is more extensive, the western region will be much smaller. Even in the same city, the distribution of base stations is not uniform, resulting in the remote areas away from densely populated areas will be a problem of network coverage.Because of the broadband satellite and small base stations set up CDMA in the domestic has no application precedent, through carrying out the field test can reflect the true situation about CDMA network quality and performance which the small base station using satellite return means, and verify the feasibility of application that is broadband satellite as a small base station backhaul means. The results of the test will be rich China Telecom CDMA network coverages holes in the remote and underdeveloped region, also can for China Telecom Group formulation and implementation of remote areas of CDMA network construction planning, rich in emergencies and natural disaster emergency communication, and provide useful data support and decision-making reference.
