【摘要】 中国铁通分公司作为电信运营商,近年来随着企业业务规模的扩张,用户数量、业务区域及装维人员的突增,家庭宽带过程控制,装机时限监控及装维效率都存在太多问题,在竞争激励的市场环境,作为服务行业,要在本行业中具备核心竞争力,就要采取更为标准、准确、系统的服务规范,才能在电信行业有立足之地,才能更好的为客户提供优质的服务。当今信息技术飞速发展,在各行各业都发挥了巨大的作用,特别对于有标准、有规范、有流程的领域。本文是以目前铁通分公司家庭宽带安装的实际流程为基础,改变目前手工报送,电话、传真衔接业务流程的现状为目标进行分析研究,首先分析了开发该系统的大环境及现实意义,为什么要做这个系统的,及该系统相关的行业发展及现状,以及国内外情况,接着对家庭宽带安装系统的中需求进行了分析,含:业务受理、施工准备、现场开通、开通回访、资源管理五个模块的业务需求分析。根据需求分析进行详细的需求设计,设计了包括业务受理、审核,工单派发、数据配置,回访管理等系统功能。首先设计了整个系统的功能图、业务流程图;数据库设计的时候,根据需求分析进行了相应的E-R图设计,并详细设计了数据库的表结构。并做了部分功能的演示及系统的测试。最后,进行了系统实施的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the expansion of business scale and the surge of users, service areas and employees,China Tietong Telecom Yunnan Branch, the Telecom operator,is in the face of many problems in the broadband process control, installation time monitoring and equipment maintenance efficiency.In the market environment with fierce competition, it is of great significance to take more standard and systematic service specifications so as to stay competitive in the telecom industry. Nowadays the rapid development of information technology has played an important role in all walks of life, especially for those fields with specific normsTaking the development of broadband installation system in China Tietong Telecom Yunnan Branch as the background, this paper primarily discusses the meanings of project construction and the relevant theories and technical methods. Then the demands on business,functional, non-functional, performance and safety level for broadband installation system are analyzed in five modules including business handling,According to the detailed needs analysis needs design, including design of the business receive, review, work order distribution, data configuration, visit management system functions. First, the design of the functional diagram of the overall system flowchart business;database design, based on the needs analysis for the corresponding E-R diagram design, and detailed design of the structure of the database table.
