【摘要】 农民工是我国在特定时期出现的特定群体,大量的农村剩余劳动力涌入城市从事非农业劳动,为城市的现代化建设注入了活力,农民工群体的出现对我国经济的发展和社会的转型起了巨大的推动作用。但是,当前我国农民工的生活和工作状态却令人担忧,受多种因素的影响农民工的利益诉求得不到满足,大量农民工权益缺损的状况依然存在。这样就引发了农民工维权网络的形成。如何最大限度的发挥农民工维权网络的作用,维护农民工的合法权益是本文研究的主要内容。本文以沈阳市建筑业农民工为研究对象,以沈阳市建筑业农民工讨薪为例研究农民工群体在权益缺损时所采取的维权行动。首先,本文在查阅大量文献的基础上对农民工权益及其缺失状况进行了分析,对农民工维权网络进行了概念界定。其次,结合沈阳市建筑业农民工维权案例本文概括总结了农民工维权网络从结网到用网这一动态过程,指出了农民工维权网络产生的原因、运作的过程、效果及其影响因素。最终,本文深入探讨了完善农民工维权网络的途径,对加强农民工维权网络建设提出了意见和建议,即从外部环境建设和加强网络自身建设入手充分发挥农民工维权网络的作用。希望通过本文的研究能够对农民工维权网络的建立与发展有一定的借鉴意义,能够对维护农民工权益,满足其利益诉求有一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural migrant workers are a special group that exist in certain period in China,large numbers of surplus rural migrant workers are flooding into the city,going into non-agricultural activities,and injecting new vitality to the modernization of the city,so the emerge of this group has played an important part in the development of Chinese economic growth and social transformation.However,what is very worrying is the living and working conditions of domestic rural migrant workers,their interest demands cannot be satisfied due to many factors,there still exists such phenomenon that their rights missing.Therefore,rights protection network for migrant workers came into being,so how to play the role of that network as much as possible,and to safeguard migrant workers’legal rights became this paper’s major contents.Takes rural migrant workers in Shenyang city’s building industry as research objects,and takes their salary-asking as an example,the paper studies the legal rights’safeguarding reactions of those workers when they lost their rights and interests. First of all,referring to large numbers of documents,on analyzing the rights and interests and their legal deficiency of rural migrant workers,the paper would make a concept definition of rights’ safeguarding network of migrant workers. Secondly,combined with rights’ safeguarding case of migrant workers in Shenyang city’s building industry,the paper summarizes the dynamic process of rights’ safeguarding network from formation to utilization,and points out reasons,operation process,effects and affecting factors of the network. At last, the paper deeply discusses the method to improve rights’ safeguarding network of migrant workers, and puts forward opinions and suggestions to strengthen the construction the network, which is bring rights’ safeguarding network of migrant workers into full play from two aspects:increasing the external environment construction and their own internal network construction.It is wanted to use for reference in establishment and development of rights’ safeguarding network for rural migrant workers through this research,and would be helpful for safeguarding rights and interests of those workers,and satisfying their interests’demands.更多还原
