【摘要】 伴随着科技的飞速发展,新媒体凭借其优势,受到了广大大学生的追捧和青睐,深刻地影响着大学生的学习、工作、人际关系等日常生活的方方面面,换言之,今天的大学生已经处于新媒体时代。研究新媒体时代大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,意义深远。新媒体是一把“双刃剑”,它给大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观带来了机遇：拓展了大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的新路径；增强了大学生自觉培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的主动性；创新了大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的方式；丰富了大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的资源。同时,它也给大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观带来了严峻的挑战：激烈的新媒体意识形态斗争干扰大学生对核心价值观的辨识；虚假负面信息充斥新媒体影响大学生对核心价值观的认同；戏谑调侃的新媒体话语消解大学生对核心价值观的接受；海量化碎片化的新媒体信息淡化大学生对核心价值观的重视。因此,我们必须充分发挥新媒体对大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的积极作用,努力消除新媒体对大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的消极作用。针对这种情况,本文尝试提出新媒体时代大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的策略：从培育对象着手,提升大学生的新媒体素养；从培育主体着力,强化高校教师的新媒体能力；从培育环境着眼,优化高校新媒体文化；从传播媒介着落,利用新媒体为核心价值观服务；从网络制度着实,完善新媒体管理机制,切实提高新媒体时代大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of technology, new media rely on itself advantages,be pursued and admired by the majority of college students. Had a great influence on study、work、relationships and other aspects of college students daily life. In other words, college students are already in the new media period. Research on college students cultivate and practice core socialist values is meaningful.The new media is a sword of double-edged. It is beneficial to cultivate and practice core socialist values,such as,open up a new path of college students cultivate and practice core socialist values, enhanced the initiative of college students cultivate and practice core socialist values, innovate the way of college students cultivate and practice core socialist values,enrich the resource of college students cultivate and practice core socialist values.In the meantime, it also brings severe challenges to college students cultivate and practice core socialist value:The fierce ideological struggle with new media interference Students identify the core values; False、negative information flooding new media Influence college students agree on core values; New media’s banter、ridicule discourse digestion students accepted to the core values; Quantification of the new fragmented media information dilute the importance of the core values of college students.So, we must give full play to the positive role of the new media on college students to cultivate and practice core socialist values, remove the negative effects of media on college students to cultivate and practice core socialist values. In view of this situation, this paper attempts to put forward the strategy of college students to cultivate and practic core socialist values in the new media period.:Proceed from cultivating object, college students enhance the new media literacy; Focus on cultivating subject, college teachers strengthen the capacity of use new media;Focused on the new media environment, optimize campus new media culture; Available new media, serve for core socialist values; Settled the network system, improve the management mechanism of new media,improve college students to cultivate and practice core socialist values’effectiveness.更多还原
