【摘要】 十八大以来,“四个全面”战略布局深入展开,“一带一路”战略构想稳步推进,国际反恐局势日趋紧张,这些国内外政治、经济和军事的新常态赋予了中国军队新的历史使命和更高要求。在践行习主席提出的强军目标,实现“中国梦”和“强军梦”的伟大征程上,面对复杂多变的国际环境,如何立足军事斗争准备以及非军事任务实际,提升战斗力,实现敢打必胜的要求,显得尤为迫切。战斗精神作为战斗力的重要组成部分,是决定战争胜负的决定性要素之一。如何深化战斗精神培育工作,积极探索有效途径,建立科学长效机制,对战斗力的激发具有重要意义。本文着眼于新形势下中国军人战斗精神的培育,坚持问题牵引导向,运用问题倒逼思维,从概念到现状,从应然到实然,解析战斗精神概念的内涵和外延,细化新时期战斗精神的时代特质,实证研究战斗精神培育所面临的现实问题,有的放矢地探索战斗精神培育的科学路径。文章主要由五个部分组成,简单概述如下:第一部分主要对战斗精神的理论基础和学术研究进行全面梳理,从马恩学说相关解读、中国特色时代探索、军事文化思想传统和当今学界理论研究四个维度对军人战斗精神进行深入细致的研究综述,探讨了军人战斗精神研究的背景、意义以及军内外研究现状,同时指出虽然当前对战斗精神培育有着大量深入细致的研究,但较为孤立和重复,大多研究还有宣传性强、实用性弱,理论性强、操作性弱等不足之处。第二部分是在上文研究综述的基础上,对战斗精神理论进行深入剖析。从战斗精神基本内涵入手,通过文献比对、案例分析等方法,回顾我军战斗精神的历史传承,剖析其时代特征,主要回答了战斗精神是什么、重要性在哪、包含哪些、对战斗力起到何种作用等关切。第三部分将视线集中至新时期中国军人战斗精神的思想内涵特点,把研究对象和时代背景引入战斗精神的具体研究中来。通过对中华民族的文化传统底蕴和军人精神的当代自觉进行阐述,根据习近平同志引用的《孙子兵法》“将者,智、信、仁、勇、严也”和提出的“有灵魂、有本事、有血性、有品德”新四有标准,创新性地把新时期战斗精神的思想内涵概括为四个方面,即“忠”是战斗精神的灵魂所在,“智”是战斗精神的时代要求,“勇”是战斗精神的最美诠释,“仁”是战斗精神的作风之基,阐述了战斗精神的要义及培育的方向。第四部分通过实证研究的方法,探讨当今中国军人战斗精神培育的薄弱之处,为最后一部分打好坚实的数据基础。通过调查问卷形式的数据汇总、实证分析,调研新时期中国军人的思想动机、情绪特点和行为特征等现实状况,切实找准新时期中国军人战斗精神究竟如何,从中梳理出战斗精神培育方面的不足。第五部分针对不足,结合理论研究和工作经验,研究探索战斗精神培育的科学路径。主要根据发现的问题,具体切入,对症施策,以思想政治教育、先进文化熏陶、训练管理养成和军事实践砥砺等四个方面为主要平台,探索培育新时期军人战斗精神的有效途径。本文着眼于当前国际局势错综复杂的背景,以文献综述、理论梳理、探究现状和路径破解为研究主线,希望通过对新时期中国军人战斗精神的深入研究,探索新的培育路径,为未来我军战斗精神培育工作提供科学的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 After 18 th CPC National Congress, Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy accesses to in-depth development, and One Belt and One Road pushes on steadily. The world’s increasingly grim situation of terror, these domestic and international political, economic and military new normal have given the Chinese military new historical mission and new higher requirements. In the practice of military targets to realize the Chinese Dream, facing complex environment, how to gain a foothold in preparations for military struggle and nonmilitary tasks, to achieve "Fight, win the war" is particularly urgent. Fighting spirit as an important part of combat power, is one of the decisive factors in determining the outcome of the war. How to deepen the spirit of fighting spirit, and actively explore effective ways to establish a scientific long-term mechanism, the excitation of the fighting force is of great significance.This paper is under the new situation of Chinese military fighting spirit cultivation, persisting problem-oriented, from concept to status, from the ideal to reality, to analyze the concept of the fighting spirit, to refine the traits of the fighting spirit in new period, to do the empirical study on fighting spirit cultivation, to explore the ideological path of cultivation of fighting spirit.This article mainly consists of five parts as follows:The first part focuses on the theoretical basis and academic research of the fighting spirit, mainly from the theory of Marx and Engels, Chinese characteristics exploration, traditional military culture and today’s academic research the four dimensions. Fighting spirit is reviewed in-depth. We investigate the background of the military fighting spirit, significance and the status, also pointed out that although the current researches do a lot of fighting spirit cultivation, but isolated. Mostly researches are weak of practice.The second part analyzes the connotation and extension of the concept of military fighting spirit. And it analyzes the historical inheritance of the fighting spirit and the characteristics of the fighting spirit.The third part focuses our attention to the new ideological connotations characteristic fighting spirit of the Chinese military, taking the object and the background into the research. According to Mr Xi citing the "art of war", "The general should have wisdom, faith, benevolence and courage" and "soul, ability, brave and virtual," four new moral standards, we can summarize the fighting spirit of the new era in four aspects: namely "loyalty" is the soul of the fighting spirit, "wisdom" is the requirement of the fighting spirit, "Brave" is the most beautiful interpretation of the fighting spirit, "benevolence" is the fighting spirit of the style of the base, demonstrating the significance of the new period of the cultivation of soldiers fighting spirit, pointed out the direction of the cultivation of fighting spirit.The fourth part mainly through the questionnaire survey form of data collection, do an empirical analysis. Through the investigation of Chinese soldiers in the new period, emotional characteristics and behavioral characteristics, we effectively identify the spirit of Chinese soldiers fighting in the new period, and find out how to sort out the problem.The fifth part mainly according to the problems found, combining theoretical study and work experience, study and explore ideological path to cultivate fighting spirit. Mainly based on the problems, from ideological and political education, advanced cultural influence, military training and management practices the four aspects as the main platform to explore effective ways to cultivate the new era military fighting spirit.This paper focuses on the current international situation of the complex background, through the literature review, theoretical analysis, explore the status quo and path of crack as the main line, hoping to explore new ideas and ways to provide a reference for the future development of our army fighting spirit.更多还原
