【摘要】 库存具有维持企业正常生产、调节生产供需平衡、应付企业不时之需的功能,但是库存同时也要占用企业的大量资金,并且发生库存管理费用,所以,库存管理就是要在两者之间寻找最佳的平衡点。但是,目前在我国的很多企业中,库存管理还没有引起足够的重视,大都存在库存管理方法落后,库存管理方式不合理的现象,这样就使得企业的库存成本常常居高不下,所以,库存问题已经越来越成为阻止我国的企业的生存与发展的瓶颈问题。TS公司是一个集生产与销售于一体的中日合资电焊机企业,面对目前严峻的形式,TS公司需要运用合理的库存管理方法,提高公司的库存管理水平,提升自身竞争优势。本文首先分析了TS公司电焊机配件成品库、在制品库和原料库各自存在的问题,然后突出阐述成品库存管理的重要性,着重分析成品库存管理问题。针对成品库存管理存在的问题,本文分别从安全库存量设置的优化建议、成品出库效率的优化建议、日常管理机制优化的建议、生产作业计划管理优化的建议、部门之间协作的优化建议、采购管理优化的建议这六个方面阐述了解决方案,提出了集成CRM与ERP并结合着几何平均法来进行需求预测以便提高客户需求的准确性和及时性,采用正态分布法合理地设置安全库存,给出了加快产成品出库效率的方法,对于TS公司成品库在日常管理方面存在的问题也给出了具体的建议,采用粗能力计划来评估所编制的主生产计划的可行性,构建TS公司各部门信息沟通、协作共享平台,在TS公司的采购管理方面也提出了实行准时化采购的优化建议。本论文所作的工作不只是纯理论研究,而是运用库存管理中的相关理论去试图帮助企业解决实际问题。本论文以TS公司为研究对象,通过对库存管理的理论阐述和几种库存管理模式的运用,对TS公司的库存管理进行深入分析探讨,期望能够对解决目前制约TS公司发展的库存管理中瓶颈问题有所帮助,为TS公司参与国内外竞争注入活力,同时也为我国电焊机行业快速发展做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inventory has the function of maintaining the normal production, adjusting production supply and demand balance, coping with a rainy day, but it takes up a lot of money and the cost of inventory management, so the inventory management is to seek the best balance between the two. However, many enterprises in our country at present, inventory management has not caused enough attention, most of existing inventory management method backward, the unreasonable phenomenon of inventory management mode, which makes the enterprise inventory cost is high. Often so, inventory issue has become an increasingly bottleneck problem that prevents our country’s enterprise’s survival and the development.TS is a company set production and sales in the integration of welding machine a sino-japanese joint venture enterprises.Faced with a tough form, TS company needs to use reasonable inventory management methods to improve the company’s inventory management level, and its competitive advantage.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the welding machine parts shipping department、products in the library and the respective for original materials storehouse about TS company.Then it highlights the importance of finished goods inventory management, and emphatically analyzes the finished product inventory management problems.Aiming at the existing problem of finished goods inventory management, this paper respectively from Six aspects such as the safety stock setting optimization Suggestions, finished product outbound efficiency optimization proposals, Daily management mechanism optimization Suggestions,Production plan management optimization Suggestions,Collaboration between departments optimization Suggestions,Purchasing and supply management optimization Suggestions to expound the solution. And it puts forward the integration of CRM and ERP and combined with the geometrical average method for demand forecast in order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of customer needs.And normal distribution method is used to set up safety stock reasonably, gives a method to speed up the efficiency of the finished goods warehouse.For TS company shipping department in daily management problems it also gives the concrete suggestion.And coarse capacity planning is used to assess the feasibility of the preparation of master production plan, construction of TS company each department information sharing platform, communication, collaboration.Besides,in purchasing management,TS company also implements just-in-time purchasing optimization Suggestions are put forward.In this paper the work is not just a pure theoretical study, but using the inventory management of related theory to try to help enterprises to solve practical problems. With TS company as the research object, this paper deeply analyzes TS company’s inventory management by the inventory management theory and the use of several kinds of inventory management mode.And we hope to offer some help that can solve the bottleneck problem in inventory management in the development of TS company.Then we can Inject vitality for improving the competition at home and abroad.At the same time, it can also contribute to the electric welding machine industry rapid development of our country.更多还原
