【摘要】 伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,人们对生活品质和生态环境有了更高的要求。而我国当代城市远离自然,人们的生活和工作压力很大。因此,符合人们娱乐、休闲、生态的需求的城市广场,是适合人们宜居的城市的必要条件。城市广场绿地是一个城市绿地系统中十分重要的组成部分,它能够使城市居民文化水平和生活水平得到提高。城市广场不但为人们提供户外活动所必须的场所,也给城市增添了相当大面积的集中绿地,在现代城市中发挥着城市“绿肺”的功能。改革开放以来,中国的城市面貌发生了巨大的变化。随着城市规模的不断扩大,城市空间的不断扩张,行政中心进入了前所未有的建设高潮。行政中心作为城市中重要的建筑类型,它外部空间环境的构成和表现将极大地影响到城市空间的整体发展,在城市空间中占主导地位,起着举足轻重的作用。因此,行政中心广场成为城市空间中重要的空间形态,越来越引起人们的注意。本文通过对中西方行政中心历史发展演变过程的分析,指出现代行政中心外部空间的发展正逐渐从封闭走向开放,从威权走向民主,从管理走向服务。但在实际建设过程中依然存在许多问题:过分强调建筑自身的设计、行政中心广场规模太大而缺乏场所感,缺乏对人文尺度的深入了解和应用,缺少对城市空间整体性把握。通过对现阶段国内行政中心外部空间设计存在问题的分析,提出现阶段设计中我们应该遵循的原则和方法。指出,好的市政广场空间就是一个人们愿意停留,愿意参与的空间形态,是人的活动场所。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy, people have higher demands on the quality of life and the ecological environment. While the Chinese modern city far away from nature, people’s life and work pressure. Therefore, people with entertainment, leisure, the ecological needs of the city square, is a necessary condition for people of livable city.City Plaza green space is an important part of a city green space system, it can make the city residents’ cultural level and improved living standards. City Square is not only to provide people with outdoor activities must place, but also adds considerable concentrated green land area to the city, playing a city "green lung" function in the modern city.Since the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the city China face. With the continuous expansion of city size, the continuous expansion of city space, administrative center into the hitherto unknown construction climax. Administrative center as the city of important building type, structure and performance of its exterior space environment will greatly affect the overall development of city space, occupy the leading position in the city space, play a decisive role in. Therefore, the administrative center of the square became the important city spatial form in space, more and more attention.In this paper, through the analysis of the evolution of the development of administrative center in western history, and points out that the exterior space of modern administrative center development is gradually from closed to open, from authoritarian to democratic, from management to service. But in the actual construction process, there are still many problems: too much emphasis on the design, construction of their administrative center square scale too large and the lack of sense of place, the lack of deep understanding and application of the human scale, lack of integrity control of city space. Through the analysis on the problems existing in present stage domestic and administrative center of external space design principles and methods in the design stage, we should follow the provided.
