MVR工业废水处理设备升膜蒸发器研究

【摘要】 MVR(蒸汽机械再压缩技术)从2007年起开始从北美和欧洲进入中国市场,主要应用在工业废水处理、食品深加工、奶制品行业和饮料等行业。目前,国内MVR工业废水处理设备供应商的规模普遍较小,高端水处理技术、化学品和设备的研发实力偏弱,在核心水处理设备研制方面与国外专业水处理设备研制厂家存在较大差距,其主要设备依然以进口为主。本课题以国外某公司一套MVR(蒸汽机械再压缩技术)污水处理设备为基础,参照ASME制造规范,结合我国国情,按照GB150.1-GB150.4-2011《压力容器》及TSG R0004-2009《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》制造规范,对其中的升膜蒸发部分进行了设计与改造。随着我国压力容器用材制造标准的逐年完善及国产材料性能的逐年提高,国产材料完全可以达到甚至超过国外对应牌号材料的性能指标。本课题在文献研究的基础上,对国产厚度为6mm的TA2板材和厚度为12mm的TA10板材以及规格为φ38.1x1.2的TA10换热管的化学成分、力学性能进行了试验,证明设备改造所选材料的化学成分、力学性能达到或超过国家标准和ASTM规范要求值,同时也确认厚度为6mm的Q345R热轧板及厚度为40mm的Q345R正火板的各项性能指标均超过国家标准和ASTM规范要求值。本课题在对国产材料性能检测试验的基础上,通过NX8.0软件实体建模及Fluent软件模拟分析,对比了鸭嘴管型蒸发罐和伸入管型蒸发罐的工作情况。选用规则设计规范,按弹性失效设计准则中的最大拉应力设计准则对MVR升膜蒸发器换热器完成内压容器强度计算,按稳定失效设计准则对MVR升膜蒸发器换蒸发罐完成外压容器稳定性校核,根据校核结果确定设备国产化制造的基本参数及技术特性。本课题依据规则设计所定的设备基本参数及技术特性及所选材料的实际性能对MVR升膜蒸发器换热器及MVR升膜蒸发器蒸发罐进行了国产化设计、优化、制造和验收。本课题的研究,对打破工业废水处理先进设备的研制技术为大型跨国水处理公司所垄断的局面做了有益尝试,同时也为我国该类设备的研发、制造奠定了一些基础。

【Abstract】 MVR(Mechanical Mapor Recompression) started from North America and Europe since 2007 to enter the Chinese market, mainly used in industrial waste water treatment, food processing, dairy industry and beverage industry. At present, the domestic MVR industrial wastewater treatment equipment suppliers generally smaller scale, high-end technology, water treatment chemicals and equipment research and development strength weak, in core water treatment equipment developed with foreign professional manufacturer of water treatment equipment research and there is a big gap, the main equipment is still mainly imports.This study in a foreign company is a set of MVR(mechanical vapor recompression) sewage treatment equipment, on the basis of reference to ASME specifications, combined with China’s national conditions, in accordance with the GB150.1-GB150.4-2011 《Pressure Vessels》and TSG R0004-2009 《Suervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel》, on the part of climbing film evaporation in the design and retrofit.Along with our country pressure container material manufacturing standards and materials to improve year by year, the performance of domestic material can achieve even greater than that of the corresponding brand foreign material performance metrics. This topic on the basis of literature study, on domestic thickness is 6 mm TA2 plates and the thickness of 12 mm TA10 sheet and specifications for the phi 38.1 x1.2 TA10 heat exchange tube of the chemical composition, mechanical performance test, confirm equipment modification of the selected material chemical composition, mechanical performance meet or exceed national standards and ASTM specification requirements value, but also confirm the thickness is 6 mm Q345 R hot rolled plate and the thickness of 40 mm Q345 R are fire board of various performance indicators than the national standard value and ASTM specification requirements.On domestic material performance tests on the basis of the selection rules of design specifications, design rules according to the elastic failure rule of maximum tensile stress in the design of MVR climbing film evaporator heat exchanger complete internal pressure vessel strength calculation and design according to stability failure criterion of MVR climbing film evaporator in evaporation tank complete external pressure vessel stability checking, according to the checking result to determine the basic parameters of equipment manufacturing and technical characteristics.According to the rules of design of equipment and the technical characteristics and basic parameters of the actual performance of the selected materials MVR climbing film evaporator heat exchanger and MVR climbing film evaporator evaporation tank has carried on the localization of manufacturing and acceptance.This topic research successfully broke the development of the industrial waste water treatment equipment, advanced technology for large multinational company monopoly situation, the water treatment for our country in the research and development, manufacture of such equipment has accumulated valuable experience.Research on this subject, to break the industrial wastewater treatment equipment to do research and advanced technology for large multinational water companies monopoly useful attempt, but also for our country in the development of such equipment, manufacturing lay some foundation.
