【副题名】以圣地河谷“金延安”板块为例

【摘要】 改革开放三十多年以来,我国城镇的建设与发展已经取得了长足的进步,在此背景下,我国小城镇也面临着前所未有的发展机遇。然而,发展与挑战并存,特别是在幅员辽阔、民族文化种类繁多的我国,城镇化的急速扩张与大拆大建运动造成了千城一面的单调的城镇面貌。更有甚者,相当部分的小城镇盲目照搬大城市的建设思路,造成了小城镇外部空间环境与当地传统民俗文化、气候条件、生活习惯等之间的矛盾冲突。城镇规模不同,其外部公共空间不论在空间尺度还是风貌表达上都不尽相同。论文笔者从我国当下小城镇外部公共空间所存在的现实问题出发,采取理论基础资料归纳与案例调研分析相结合的方法,试图寻找适合我国当下小城镇外部公共空间设计的指导性方法。本文主要分为三个部分,第一部分为前两章,主要是明确小城镇外部公共空间设计的重要性以及当前我国小城镇建设的必要性与紧迫性,通过对现有理论资料的搜集整理,明确小城镇外部公共空间的分类,以及国内外小城镇外部公共空间的发展历程,并通过对国内外相关理论的研究学习,归纳出小城镇在外部公共空间设计过程中应当注意的若干设计要素。论文第二部分主要针对国内几个典型小城镇案例进行实地调研与资料分析,笔者主要选取了四个小城镇作为分析对象,分别为云南丽江大研古城、山西平遥古城、山西碛口古镇以及陕西的袁家村。通过对每个小城镇外部公共空间的梳理分析,并且对它们进行横向比较,归纳出成功的小城镇外部公共空间的共同之处,通过学习这些小城镇在外部公共空间营造过程总积累的经验,总结出小城镇外部公共空间设计应该遵循的策略。在论文的最后一部分,通过论文前两部分对小城镇外部公共空间的分类以及设计要素等理论性知识的归纳学习与对经典案例的调研分析所总结出的设计策略,结合圣地河谷“金延安”板块项目的实际情况,对项目内的小城镇外部公共空间从空间形态、景观环境、地域文化三个具体层面进行分析。整理出小城镇外部公共空间设计原则,希望能够对今后我国小城镇外部公共空间的良性发展起到一定的正面作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the rapid development of urbanization, small towns in China has made brilliant achievements, accordingly, the external public space construction of small towns has made great progress. However, with the domestic large-scale urbanization, small towns of external space environment, there is a lot of problems. Paper focuses on practical problems of external public space in small towns in our country, explore the appropriate external public space planning and design method of small towns, from the perspective of sustainable development, to the principle of efficient intensive attaches great importance to the environmental quality and comprehensive benefits of the construction of the town.The external public space of small towns and big city outer space both in spatial scales or style of expression are not the same. The existing situation and problems of the author from China’s current town outer public space,adopts the method of theoretical analysis of the basic data of induction and case of combining research, trying to find the guidance method at present of our country town outer public space design.This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the first two chapters, mainly is the importance of defining thetown outer public space design and the necessity and urgency of the construction of small towns, based on the existing theory of material collected, a clear classification of town outer public space, the development course ofdomestic and external outside the small wn of public space, and through the research on domestic and international relevant theory study, sum up some design elements in small towns should pay attention to in the external public space design in the process of.The second part mainly carries on the analysis of field research and data against domestic several typical cases of small towns, the author mainly chooses four small towns as the analysis object, respectively, Yunnan Lijiang ancient town, Shanxi Pingyao County, Shanxi Qikou town and Shaanxi yuan village. Through to the public space of small towns outside of each analysis, and the transverse comparison of them, sums up the common town outer public space successfully, through the study of these small towns construction process of total accumulated experience in the external public space, summed up the small town outer public space design should follow thestrategy.In the last part of the thesis, the design strategy of knowledge by inductive learning of the first two parts of the paper on the classification of town outer public space and the elements of design theory and the research and analysis of the classic example of the summed up, combined with the actual situation of the holy Valley "Yanan gold" plate project, town outer public space for the project in carries on the analysis from the three specific levels of space form, landscape environment, regional culture. Sorting out the town outer public space design principles,hope to the benign development of small towns in our country for the future external public space plays a positive function.更多还原
