【摘要】 基层纪检监察干部的考核是整个纪检监察组织考核体系中非常重要的一个环节,基层干部的工作效能如何,直接关系到党的政策方针的落实和整个纪检监察组织反腐败工作的效果,同时也对整个市的经济建设和发展有较大的影响。对基层干部的绩效进行考核是关系到国计民生的重要事件,因此探究如何改进和提高基层纪检监察干部的考核制度具有重要意义。本文以东莞市纪检监察机关基层干部的绩效考评工作为研究对象,结合该单位工作实际,对考评工作现状和存在的问题进行了分析,认为存在指标体系设置不够科学、考评主体缺位、没有形成有效激励作用等问题。据此提出了一些改进的办法,主要包括建立多元化考评体系、创新考评方法、强化考评结果的作用。在论文最后给出了进一步完善该考核方法的策略以确保考评方案的实施与执行。本文的研究结果对有助于改善和提高该地区纪检监察干部的绩效考评工作,构建与设计该地区公务员绩效分类考评的相关办法,具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Assessment grassroots cadres of discipline inspection and supervision throughout the discipline inspection and supervision organizational assessment accounts for a significant part of the work effectiveness of grassroots cadres have a direct relation to the effect of the implementation of the Party’s policies and guidelines of the discipline inspection and supervision throughout the organization’s anti-corruption work, but also have a greater impact on economic construction and development of the entire city. Grassroots cadres of performance assessment are important event in relation to the national economy, and therefore to explore how to improve and enhance the performance appraisal system of discipline inspection grassroots cadres is important.In this paper, the performance evaluation of Dongguan City discipline inspection grassroots cadres organs to work for the study, combined with the actual work of the unit, this paper analyze the current situation and problems of the evaluation work, that the existence of the index system set up is not enough scientific, did not form effective incentives and other issues. Accordingly we made some improvements approaches, including the establishment of a diversified evaluation system, innovative evaluation methods, and strengthen the role of evaluation results. Finally, the paper further refine the assessment methods of evaluation measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the program. This study on the promotion of the development of the region’s discipline inspection work performance evaluation, the establishment of the region’s civil service classification evaluation methods, with a certain significance.更多还原
