昆明市网球级别赛参赛队员成就动机与意志品质状况及其关系研究

【摘要】 网球运动对运动员的体能、技战术、心理和智能要求都比较高,需要运动员在比赛过程中自己去思考领会。网球运动又是一项孤独的运动,目前除了部分的女单比赛,其它比赛都是不允许在比赛过程中教练员对球员进行指导的,这就要求球员在比赛过程中无论是领先还是落后都要有顽强的意志和必胜的信念。在网球比赛中球员如果能过表现出顽强的意志品质和较高的成就动机,那么球员就能更好的发挥出自己的技战术水平。成就动机与意志品质对于一名网球运动员的影响是巨大的,球员的成就动机与意志品质决定了球员在高速变化着的比赛过程中能否迅速的作出判断,并毫不迟疑的做出应对措施而去坚决的执行它。当在比赛中遇到挫折和失败的时候可以很快的调节控制自己的情绪和行为,永不言弃,能以顽强的意志和必胜的信念去战胜挫折和失败,去努力实现自己的目标。本文主要运用文献资料等方法对2014年昆明市网球级别赛参赛队员的成就动机和意志品质进行分析,并运用独立样本T检验和方差分析得出不同人口统计学变量对昆明市网球级别赛参赛队员的成就动机和意志品质影响的实际情况。运用相关分析来考察昆明市网球级别赛参赛队员的成就动机和意志品质的关系;用回归分析来考察昆明市网球级别赛参赛队员的成就动机和意志品质对比赛成绩的预测作用。认为成就动机与意志品质具有较高的线性相关关系,即成就动机越高,意志品质就越好,但是从参赛队员人口统计学指标的差异分析来看,参赛队员的成就动机越高,意志品质也并不一定就越好。在成就动机的两个维度中,追求成功与比赛成绩为正相关,避免失败与比赛成绩为负相关。在意志品质的四个维度当中,自觉性与比赛成绩的关系最为越密切,但果断性、坚韧性与比赛成绩也是呈正相关,独立性与比赛成绩为负相关。意志品质与成就动机相比,意志品质与比赛成绩的关系更紧密,但成就动机与比赛成绩还是呈正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tennis is a sport that requires high physical ability, tactics, psychology and intelligence, it needs the player to think and understand by themselves during the tennis tournament. At the same time, tennis is a lonely sport, it because that the tennis coach are not allowed to guild the player during the match except the part of women‘s single match. So no matter what the result is lead or fall behind, the player needs to maintain the strong will and the triumphalism during the match. If the player can maintain the strong willpower quality and high achievement motivation in the match, players will be at their best when they fight with the opponents.The achievement motivation and willpower quality has a big effect on the tennis player’s match; they will determine whether they can make a quick judgment with the high speed match and don’t hesitate to take measures during the match. At the same time, the players when they meet setbacks and failures, they should adjust the emotion,control the behavior and never give up, maintain the strong will and the triumphalism during the match; eventually they will achieve their goal.This paper mainly used the literature, mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the situation and relationship of the Kunming level tennis tournament players’ achievement motivation and willpower quality in 2014. And get the result that the reality about the different demographic variables has an influence on the tennis player’s achievement motivation and willpower quality in Kunming level tennis tournament by the analysis of Independent-Samples T Test, Variance methods. Using the correlation analysis method to investigate the relationship between the achievement motivation and willpower quality in Kunming level tennis tournament; using regression analysis to investigate that the prediction of competition results by the player’s achievement motivation and willpower quality in Kunming level tennis tournament. The study shows that the achievement motivation and willpower quality has a high linear correlation; it means that the achievement motivation is higher, the better the willpower quality will, but in view of the differences analysis of the player demographic indicators, it is not higher achievement motivation, the better the willpower quality will. In two dimensions of achievement motivation, to pursuit the success is positively correlated with competition results,avoid the failure is negatively correlated with competition results. In four dimensionsof Willpower quality, the consciousness is more closely with competition results, the decisiveness and toughness are positively correlated with competition results, the independence is negatively correlated with competition results. The relationship between Willpower quality and competition results is more closely than the relationship between achievement motivations and competition results, but the achievement motivations is still positively correlated with competition results.更多还原
