基于RCM/TPM的城市污水处理厂设备维修模式研究

【摘要】 为提高污水处理厂设备的有效运行保障能力,本研究通过对城市污水处理厂设备维修管理和维修模式决策方法进行研究,分析适合污水处理厂设备的维修管理模式和实现方法。本研究主要采用了文献研究、系统分析比较、案例应用分析等方法,取得了以下结果:首先,对污水厂设备管理现状进行分析,识别了设备管理中存在的问题和需求,结合现有设备管理理论找到相应的解决方案,通过完善维修管理平台,将维修管理各个流程进行规范,达到信息共享,提高效率的目的。第二,比较了不同维修理论的特点,研究表明,单一的维修模式已经不适应污水处理厂现有设备的高效管理,需要多种维修模式的组合协同。结合可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)方法和全员生产维修(TPM)管理的各自特点,本研究提出将RCM方法和TPM管理相结合,互为补充,进而提高污水处理厂现有设备维护管理的水平的方法。同时,引进故障风险分析手段,对相关维修模式决策方法的应用进行了分析,建立了应用流程,确定出了适用的设备维修模式。第三,将污水处理厂重点工艺设备——曝气设备和污泥脱水设备,作为独立的系统进行维修决策研究,制定了RCM维修决策的方法和流程,并结合TPM设备点检状态对维修周期进行修正,使维修计划更加符合实际。通过在污水厂实际应用效果检验,维修流程效率得到提高,设备利用率提高3%,证明了RCM方法和TPM管理相结合的维修模式及决策方法的有效性,其成果可用于厂内其他设备的维护管理。研究表明,RCM方法和TPM管理相结合的维修模式及决策方法对于改善污水厂设备维修管理成效明显,对于同类污水厂的设备维修管理具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency of the sewage treatment plant equipment, this study analyzed the maintenance management mode and the realization method for the wastewater treatment plant equipment.This research mainly uses the methods of literature research, system analysis and case analysis:First of all, the status of equipment management in the wastewater treatment plant is analyzed, the problems and needs of the equipment management are identified, and the corresponding solutions are found by combining the existing equipment management theory.Second, compared with the characteristics of different maintenance theory, the research shows that the single maintenance mode has not adapted to the efficient management of the existing equipment of the sewage treatment plant, and it needs a combination of various maintenance modes. Combining reliability centered maintenance(RCM) method and the characteristics of total production maintenance(TPM) management, this study proposed the combination of RCM method and TPM management. At the same time, the application of the method of fault risk analysis is analyzed, and the application process is established.Third, the sewage treatment plant to focus on process equipment, aeration devices and sludge dewatering equipment, as an independent system for maintenance decision research, developed the method and flow of RCM maintenance decision-making, and carries on the revision to the maintenance cycle with TPM equipment state inspection, make maintenance plan is more practical. Through the practical application of the sewage plant, the efficiency of the maintenance process is improved, and the utilization rate of equipment is improved by 3%. The maintenance mode and the effectiveness of the decision method are proved by the combination of RCM method and TPM management. The results can be used in the maintenance and management of other equipments in the plant.Research shows that the combination of RCM method and TPM management mode and decision-making method for improving the maintenance management of the sewage plant has obvious effect, which is of reference for the similar sewage treatment plant.
