【摘要】 随着日益凸显的环境、资源问题的加剧,在建筑行业将绿色施工作为未来行业施工的发展方向,受到了更多的关注。如何推动以“四节一环保”为目标宗旨的绿色施工,对于建筑行业的健康发展显得极其重要。但是,从目前整个建筑行业的发展状况来看,绿色施工在建筑工程施工企业中的应用仍然不足、仍存在许多影响因素。如何顺利推动绿色施工在建筑工程施工企业中的应用是政府部门、社会公众、学者及工程实践者关注和研究的重要问题。从绿色施工的内涵、特点、评价体系及绿色建筑相关内容进行阐述,明确了推动绿色施工在建筑行业的发展是大势所趋。具体开展以下几方面的研究:1)首次将ANP法应用于分析影响绿色施工在施工企业应用的各个因素,利用ANP方法建立影响绿色施工在施工企业应用的因素模型,运用Super Decisions软件计算出影响绿色施工应用的主要影响因素,该模型较为完善合理,可以反映出绿色施工应用中所存在的问题。2)通过博弈论研究政府部门与施工企业之间的博弈行为分析,得出绿色施工实施过程中产生博弈的必然性,并构建政府部门与施工企业的博弈模型,结合ANP法的分析结果,为政府部门建立合理的绿色施工激励机制,提出合理化建议,提高建筑工程施工企业对绿色施工应用的积极性。3)通过绿色施工在样板工程中的具体应用,并提出绿色施工效益分析图,结合实际案例分析绿色施工的经济效益、社会效益及环境效益,使施工企业真正了解实施绿色施工所能获得的益处,从而激励施工企业全面实施绿色施工。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the worsening of environment and resource problems,as the future development direction of construction industry,the green construction ceceived more and more attention.How to promote the construction of "four savings and an environmentally friendly" as target, the healthy development of the construction industry is extremely important.However,from the current development situation of the whole construction industry point of view, the application of green construction in construction enterprises in construction engineering is still insufficient,there are still many influencing factors.How to successfully promote the application of green construction in construction enterprises in the construction engineering is an important problem in government,public, scholars and engineers pay close attention to and study.This paper from the characteristics of connotation of green construction, green building evaluation system and the related content to carry on the elaboration,has been clear about the development of green construction in the construction industry is to represent the general trend,The research on the following aspects:1) For the first time,ANP method was applied to the analysis of influence factors in the application of green construction of construction enterprises,using ANP method to establish the influence factors of green construction in applying the model of construction enterprises,the use of Super Decision software to calculate the main factors which affect the application of green construction the model is reasonable, perfect,that can reflect the green construction problems in the application.2) Through the game theory game between government departments and the research of construction enterprise analysis,the inevitability of the game the implementation process of green construction,and constructs the game model of government and construction enterprises,through the game theory game between study of government and construction enterprises, combined with the ANP method results,for the government departments to establish green construction and reasonable incentive mechanism,put forward reasonable suggestions,improve the enthusiasm of building engineering construction enterprises in the application of green construction.3) The application of green construction in model engineering,and puts forward the green construction benefit analysis,combined with the green construction of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit analysis of actual cases,the construction enterprises to truly understand the implementation of green construction can obtain benefits,so as to encourage construction enterprises the full implementation of green construction.更多还原
