孤山川11号桥纠偏技术

【摘要】 本文针对弯梁桥中普遍存在而又极易被人忽视的桥梁偏位问题展开研究。依托府店一级公路孤山川11号桥顶升纠偏工程,首先对弯梁桥在各种内外因素下发生纵、横向偏位现象进行了系统分析,并在此基础上采用数值方法完成了偏位成因的探究。其次,对纠偏过程仿真分析方法进行探讨,尤其对模拟工况的特殊性进行深入研究,并以依托工程为例,完成对桥梁偏位及纠偏施工的全过程仿真分析。最后提出了合理的顶升、纠偏施工工法和监测方法,并通过现场纠偏实施验证了研究成果的合理性。论文以理论分析结合现场实施及监测为研究方法,得出以下研究结论:(1)在对桥梁偏位病害进行系统研究的基础上,分析了依托工程偏位产生的原因,得出温度作用是引起梁体偏移的主要原因,尤其是曲线梁桥更为突出。温度作用一项引起的偏移量往往大于其他所有因素的总和,因此偏移的核心问题就是温度引起梁体变形和位移。其次,伸缩缝的卡死或堵塞,使得梁体的升降温边界条件不同,会引起梁在温度作用下的“爬行”,使偏移量大幅增加,此问题在曲线梁桥尤为突出。(2)以依托工程——孤山川11号桥(曲线梁桥)为例,对桥梁顶升、纠偏数值模型的建立方法进行了讨论,在此基础上完成了对依托桥梁的顶升、纠偏施工仿真分析,从理论上保证了桥梁顶升、纠偏施工的安全性和可行性。(3)针对不中断交通情况下主梁的顶升进行分析,并且完成了现场实施过程的监测,验证了该种施工方案的可行性。(4)结合仿真分析,提出了依托桥梁顶升、纠偏施工监测方案,并完成现场监测。监测数据证明了所提仿真分析方法及实施方案的可行性。(5)结合理论分析与实践经验,提出预防桥梁偏位合理构造建议。(6)最后根据本文研究成果给出了《桥梁纠偏技术指南》。
【Abstract】 In view of the medium span bridges deviation problem that is widespread but often overlooked, as the supporting project for Gushan River No.11 Bridge in Shaanxi Province, combining theoretical analysis with implementation monitoring, this paper has studied the deviation disease, deviation cause and the measures of the repairing and preventing deviation of the bridge and has concluded the following conclusions:Firstly, based on the systematic research of the bridge deviation disease, this paper has analyzed the reason about the deviation of the supporting project- Gushan River No.11 Bridge(The Curve Beam Bridge), and studied the main factors and the degree of the bridge.And because of the jammed expansion joint that limits the extension of beams but has nothing to do with shortening of beams, which will lead to the creep of beams under the impact of temperature as well as the large increasing of deviation amount. The problem stated above is especially obvious to curved bridges.Secondly, as an example for the supporting project, this paper has discussed the method of establishing numerical model for lifting and rectifying the bridge. On this basis, this paper has completed the simulation analysis of the lifting and rectifying construction with the supporting bridge and ensured the safety and feasibility of the construction in theory.Thirdly, this paper has analyzed the beam lifting on situation without interrupting the traffic, completed the process of the implementation and monitoring and verified the feasibility of the construction method.Fourthly, combined with the simulation analysis, this paper has presented the monitoring method of the lifting and rectifying construction for the supporting bridge and completed the monitoring. The monitoring data has proved that the method of analysis and implementation are feasible.Fifthly, combined with the analysis, this paper has put forward the measures of preventing bridge deviation.Finally, according to the research results, this paper has provided "The Technical Guide of Bridges Rectification".
