陕北富县污水厂升级改造工艺方案设计研究

【摘要】 本文以陕西省富县城区生活污水处理厂实际运行效率为研究对象,采用氧化沟处理工艺,该污水厂于2010年10月投产运行。水厂建成初期设备运行正常,出水水质基本达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准,但随着城区污水管网普及率的提高,进水水量不断增大,出现水质也不达标,尤其是NH3-N和TP严重超标。通过对污水厂收集管网的前期分析调查,对污水水质的主要污染物进行分析,发现主管道存在渗漏,导致进水主要污染物浓度较低,碳源不能满足后续生物处理的要求,处理后出水不能达标。实测进水水质SS、COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TP的平均浓度分别为:87mg/L,133mg/L,61mg/L,25.1mg/L,2.38mg/L;实测出水水质SS、COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TP的平均浓度分别为:16mg/L,52mg/L,16mg/L,19.3mg/L,1.08mg/L。针对该水厂实际运行中出现的问题,对污水处理厂处理构筑物、设备、出水水质及水量调查分析,提出改造方案。一是对原有的污水收集管道进行维护,不污染沿途的地下水和河道;二是对原有的生物处理工艺氧化沟不再做更替,只做调整,使其正常运行,以期使得污水出水水质能满足一级B标准,同时对原来的二级处理水进行三级处理,即污水的深度处理。经过对“曝气生物过滤(BAF)反应池—纤维转盘滤池”、“混凝沉淀—浸入式超滤膜”和“混凝沉淀—纤维转盘滤池”三种组合工艺进行比较,选用出水水质好、运行成本低、投资少的“混凝沉淀—纤维转盘滤池”组合工艺作为本次设计的深度处理工艺,处理出水能满足一级A标准。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the actual operating efficiency of urban sewage treatment plant in Fu County, Shaanxi Province, which uses oxidation ditch process. the plant puts into operation in October 2010.In the beginning, the plant woks normally, and the effluent quality can basically reach 《 Pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plant 》(GB18918-2002) at the level of B standards. However, with the enhancement of urban sewage pipe network penetration, the influent amount of water continues to increase, and the effluent quality of water is not up to standard, especially NH3-N and TP.Through the investigation of sewage collection pipe network and analysis for the main pollutants, it is discovered that the main pipeline exists leakage. So that the concentration of major pollutants are low, and carbon source cannot meet the requirements of the subsequent biological treatment. The actual measurement value of influent water quality of SS, COD,BOD5, NH3-N and TP were: 87mg/L, 133mg/L, 61mg/L, 25.1mg/L, 2.38 mg/L; the actual measurement value of effluent water quality were: 16mg/L, 52 mg, 16mg/L, 19.3mg/L,1.08mg/L.According to the problems occurred in the actual operation of the plant, it is investigated and analysed for the structures, equipment, effluent quality and the amount of water of the plant. The reform plans are put forward..One is to maintain the original sewage collection pipeline, thus the waste-water will do not pollute the groundwater and rivers along the way;the other one is to adjust the original oxidation ditch process for biological treatment without replacement. So the effluent quality of water can meet the standards at the level of B. At the same time, it is necessary to treat secondary processing of the original water for the tertiary treatment or sewage depth processing.Comparing “biological aerated filter(BAF) reaction pool-fibre disc filter”, “coagulation sedimentation- immersed ultrafiltration” and “coagulation sedimentation- fiber disc filter”with each other, we choose the “coagulation sedimentation- fiber disc filter” as the sewage depth processing which has good effluent quality, low operation cost and less investment. Itstreated effluent can meet the standard at the level of A.
