【摘要】 当前,社会经济高速发展,我国城市化水平不断的提高,我国城市居民无论是在生活水平还是在精神需求上都有了较大的提升。由于市民的日常休闲时间不断增加,生活品质的高低对人们来说越来越重要。进而带来了生活方式、休闲方式、旅游方式的转变。城市中原有的公园类型和游览方式越来越难以满足人们需求,使之人们转而开始寻觅亲近自然的体验式休闲。同时,社会的发展也带来了不利的因素,环境问题越来越受到关注,城市中的雾霾、噪声、汽车尾气等问题给城市的居民生活品质带来了负面影响,人们迫切需要一个和谐、舒适、远离城市喧嚣的自然空间来满足生活的需求和精神的享受。人们从城市走向自然,需要一定的条件。如果将城市的绿地系统同整个自然的生态系统看做一个整体。那么城市周边的森林公园在其中好似起到了中介的作用。将森林公园同城市现有绿地系统相结合,城市的功能相结合,社会的环境效益相结合,着力于构建城市环境系统中的一环,满足城市发展的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。适应了社会的发展和人们的需求。本文简要地阐述了森林公园的概念、类型、特征及发展中存在的问题,并以郁山国家森林公园规划为例,重点探讨如下两方面的问题:①功能区在森林公园中的规划理论和方法;②景观区在森林公园中的规划设计。依托景观生态学、森林美学、环境规划理论、游憩规划理论等诸多学科理论,对郁山森林公园风景资源进行综述,在此基础上结合新安县特定的人文、气候环境要素,对郁山国家森林公园的景观区规划进行调查研究,找出其中的问题进行分析。首先,对国内外森林公园的研究进行概述,对景观区、近郊型森林公园、功能区等相关概念进行界定。明确了本文的研究目的、意义和研究方法。其次,对郁山国家森林公园的景观区规划主要从现状调查与分析、功能区和景观区规划、景观区专项规划三个层面进行研究。根据分析的主要结论,提出郁山国家森林公园的主题形象、功能分区以及景观区规划设计的方向与方法。在对郁山国家森林公园现状概况、区位分析、资源概括、功能区规划、景观区规划五个方面的阐述后,得出结论。最后,为了保证目标与发展战略的实现,本文从郁山国家森林公园功能区规划、景观区规划、道路交通规划、旅游线路规划、服务设施规划、基础设施规划等方面进行专项规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current rapid development of social economy, constant improvement of the level of urbanization in our country, the urban residents in China both in the standard of living or in the spiritual demand has a bigger improvement.Is a direct result of residents’ daily leisure time increasing, more and more is also high to the requirement of the quality of life.Then bring the life style, change the way of leisure and tourism.Types of city parks in the lithosphere and tour way more and more difficult to meet the demand of people, make people begin looking for close nature experience leisure.At the same time, the development of the society also has brought the adverse factors, environmental problems become more and more attention, the city’s smog, noise, automobile exhaust and other problems for city residents brought negative impact on the quality of life, people urgently need a harmonious and comfortable, far away from the city hustle and bustle of natural space to meet the needs of life and the spirit of enjoyment.People from city to nature, needs certain conditions.If the city green space system with the whole natural ecological system as a whole.Around the city forest park like play a mediation role in it.Combining forest park with the existing urban green space system, the function of the city, the combination of social environmental benefits, the combination of focusing on one part of the construction of the urban environment system, meet the needs of urban development and the ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit.Adapt to the needs of the development of society and people.This paper briefly expounds the concept of forest park, types, characteristics and the problems existing in the development of, and Yu Shan national forest park planning, for example, the paper mainly discusses the following two problems:(1) functional areas in forest park planning theory and methods;(2)the landscape area in forest park planning and design.Based on landscape ecology, forest aesthetics, environmental planning, recreation planning theory,and many other disciplines theory, for Yu Shan forest landscape resources is summarized, on the basis of the combination of xinan specific cultural factors, climate, environment, landscape area planning of Yu Shan national forest park investigation and study, find out the problems are analyzed.First of all, the research of forest park at home and abroad are summarized, the type of landscape area, suburban forest park, functional areas such as defining the related concepts.Has been clear about the research purpose, significance and research method of this article.Secondly, from the current situation analysis and evaluation, target and development orientation,special planning of three level Yu Shan national forest park area of landscape planning were studied.In the overview about the present situation of Yu Shan national forest park, location analysis, sum up resources,.function area planning, scenic area planning, five aspects are illustrated, the conclusion.According to the analysis of the main conclusion, establish Yu Shan national forest park landscape area planning development goals, positioning and planning concept, put forward Yu Shan national forest park image,function partition and the theme of the landscape area planning and design direction and method.Finally, this article from Yu Shan national forest park area planning, scenic area planning, road traffic planning, travel planning, service facilities planning, infrastructure planning special planning, it is implementation and support the development of the goal and the strategic level to complete the specific land use planning.更多还原
