【摘要】 随着时代的发展,大学生的思想日益开放和活跃,作为高校的重要工作之一,仅仅运用传统的显性教育方法难以完成高校思想政治教育目标。隐性思想政治教育以马克思主义相关理论和教育心理学中注意理论为基础,用潜移默化、贴近大学生生活实际的方式进行育人教育,与显性思想政治教育相互补充,增强了高校思想政治教育的实效性,然而这一方法在实践中出现许多急需解决的问题。本论文从高校隐性思想政治教育的内涵入手,分析其在实际中出现的各种问题,最后提出相应的解决对策。第一部分从高校隐性思想政治教育的内涵、中西方发展历程、理论基础三个方面对高校隐性思想政治教育做出全面的介绍；第二部分从教育者与受教育者问题、载体问题以及显性与隐性思想政治教育两种方法的关系问题三个方面进行归纳和梳理；第三部分,根据第二部分出现的具体问题提出实际有效的解决对策,包括确立正确的隐性教育理念,开发和利用高校隐性教育载体的对策,实现高校显性教育与隐性思想政治教育的有机结合。只有不断解决在实际中出现的问题,才能更好地利用隐性思想政治教育方法促进大学生身心健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideological and political education is one of the important works in the college, and with the development of the times, the mind of college students are more liberal and active, but the conventional dominant ideological and political education can not reach the target. The method system of ideological and political education need innovate, and the recessive ideological and political education as a method to educate students unconsciously and lively. Some Marxism and the attention in the education psychology are the basement to the thesis. It is a supplement to the dominant ideological and political education, and the recessive method make the ideological and political education more effective than before. But it appears many problems to be solved in the practice.The thesis begins with the recessive ideological and political education’s concepts and then analysis the problems appearing in the practice. In the last the thesis improves the effective countermeasure. In the first part, the author makes a comprehensive introduction from the concept, the history of this kind of education and the theoretical basis. In the second part, the author analysis the questions from three aspects:the educator & the educatee; the vector; the relations of the dominant ideological and political education and recessive ideological and political education. In the third part, the main contents improve the antidotes according to the questions. The antidotes include in setting up the correct recessive ideological and political education idea, making good use of the carrier, combining the dominant and recessive ideological and political education. Only solve the problems in the practice can the recessive ideological and political education improving the college students’moral cultivation and the physical healthy.更多还原
