【摘要】 我国的民族文化精彩纷呈,多元文化的相互碰撞与融合无处不在。畲族主要是分布于我国闽、粤、浙、赣四省交界地区的少数民族,闽东是其主要聚居地之一。几百年以来,畲族文化与闽东地域文化结合形成了独具特色的文化。教育是传承文化的重要手段。在历史上,家庭教育和社会教育在承担畲族文化传承中发挥了重要的作用。近现代以来,学校教育逐渐成为畲族融入主流社会、促进经济发展的主要手段,但也曾经在时代冲击下面临着一系列传统文化流失的困境。进入21世纪,在民族化、特色化教育才是现代多元教育的指导方针下,闽东畲族教育不仅融入成为闽东教育的有机组成部分,而且在特色教育、地方和民族文化传承方面发挥了重要作用。同时,以传承先进文化和民族文化为目标的闽东畲族社会教育也在不断创新发展。本文以教育史理论为指导,综合应用文献分析法、问卷法、访谈法、整体研究与个案研究相结合等研究方法,在闽东各民族学校和地区民族事务所等相关民族单位所提供的畲族历史一手材料进行收集和整理的基础上,对畲族从古至今的教育作了较为系统的梳理和探究。在论述闽东畲族独特文化的背景下,力图全面阐述和评析畲族教育的历史发展过程与特点。并通过实地调查较具代表性的畲族学校,梳理其发展历程,揭示其教育特色,总结畲族教育现存的问题同时提出对策。在回顾闽东畲族教育的历史发展过程、彰显民族特色的基础上,促进畲族教育与闽东整体教育的融合,共同向特色化、优质化的现代化教育发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our national is culture and colorful, multicultural collision and fusion of each other everywhere. Shezu is Ethnic minorities which is mainly distributed in Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces. Mindong is one of the most important gathering places.For hundreds of years, minority culture and Mindong regional culture has formed a unique culture. Education is an important means of cultural inheritance. In history, family education and social education Shezu played an important roles in cultural inheritance. Since modern times, the school education gradually become mainstream society member faced with crisis of a series of loss of traditional culture. Entering the 21st century, with the nationalization and characteristic education are modern education guidelines, Shezu education not only become an organic part of Mindong education, but also plays an important role in inheritancing the characteristic education, local and national culture. At the same time, with the aim of inheritancing advanced culture and ethnic culture are also developing innovationGuided by the theory of education history, according to integrated application of literature analysis, questionnaire, interview method, the overall research combined with case studies and other research methods, through the national firms and other relevant national units Mindong region minority history firsthand materials collection and sorting, on the basis of the education of minority historically the comb and explore systematically.
