【摘要】 随着电网的发展和企业规模的不断扩大,电力系统内部日益清晰地认识到做好班组基础管理工作对保证电网安全生产和加强职工队伍建设的积极作用。班组标准化、规范化管理系统的开发,将全面实现企业班组管理的规范化、标准化、信息化、快捷化和科学化,从而减轻班组负担,提升工作效率,加大资源共享,方便查询检查,最终彻底改变目前落后的班组管理模式,在班组管理领域里具有里程碑式的意义。本文对目前企业班组管理现状进行了了解,发现当前原始的人为班组管理存在工作效率低、资料保存难、数据更新慢、检查费功夫等诸多弊端。针对电力企业需求和上级组织的要求,本文对班组标准化、规范化管理系统的现实意义、需求分析、技术实现进行了阐述,提出了基于Web技术,采用B/S模式,利用.NET框架、C#语言和MSSQL2000数据库开发班组标准化、规范化管理系统,并详细分析了该系统的功能模块、业务流程,最终完成了国网达州供电公司班组标准化、规范化管理系统的开发研究。本课题所研究及实现的系统的顺利实施,推进了国网达州供电公司班组工作的标准化、规范化、信息化和科学化管理。该系统实现了公司下属所有班组的资料集中管理于服务器上,提高了资料的共享性;实现了班组考核评分和同业对标数据的在线上报,提高了班组管理工作的效率性;实现了班组管理工作的相关新闻、工作动态和工作通知的快速发布,提高了信息传播的速度性。更多还原
