【摘要】 当前我国制造业进入禀赋优势转换期、产业结构调整期、产能过剩消化期三期叠加新常态。在“互联网+”经济迅猛发展背景下,制造业信息化是我国制造业在新常态下应对国际挑战,突破全球价值链“锁定”,实现产业升级的重要路径。我国制造业要突破现有全球产业分工格局的束缚和实现产业高端化,必须依靠新一代信息技术,通过制造业的信息化和智能化来提高全球竞争力。本文主要运用产业经济理论来分析我国制造业信息化现象。首先分析了相关概念和理论。其次,就制造业信息化对我国制造业发展的影响机制进行了理论分析,制造业信息化对我国制造业发展影响进行了实证分析。理论上主要从产业融合角度、价值链角度、产业虚拟集群角度、产业结构优化角度分析我国制造业信息化对制造业发展的影响机制。实证上通过时间序列数据和21个细分行业面板数据构建计量模型,检验制造业信息化对我国制造业发展的影响。最后提出了促进我国制造业信息化发展的政策建议。理论和实证研究表明：(1)制造业信息化可以促进制造业发展。随着我国制造业信息化水平的提高,信息产品与服务的投入有助于优化制造业结构,提高价值创造能力,降低交易成本,提高集群效率;(2)信息要素投入对不同类型制造业的影响存在明显差异,信息要素投入对资本和技术密集型制造业发展的带动作用比对劳动密集型制造业发展的作用更加显著；(3)我国软件行业发展滞后导致信息软件要素对我国制造业发展的作用不显著：(4)当前我国电信体制改革滞后,电信行业高度垄断,竞争不够充分,通信服务水平不高削弱了制造业企业对信息产品及服务的消费和信息化建设的积极性；(5)我国制造业信息化整体水平还比较低,对制造业发展的带动作用不强,信息技术和信息产业发展滞后,导致信息服务供给和信息服务质量还无法满足我国制作业转型升级的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Manufacturing industry in China enter a new normal phase of combination of endowment advantage transformation, industry structure adjustment and excess capacity digestion., in which manufacturing informatization will play an important role in facing the challenge posed by changes in international chain and upgrade of domestic industries. Only with manufacturing informatization and intelligence by utilizing the new advanced technology, China’s manufacturing industry could unwind under current global industry division situation and gain more advantage than ever before.The paper puts primary attention on China’s manufacturing informatization based on industry economic theory. After the introduction of basic theory of manufacturing informatization, we study manufacturing informatization in China theoretically and empirically. Basically this paper first analyzes the four manufacturing industry mechanisms from the perspective of industry convergence,value chain, industry virtual cluster as well as industry innovation, and then, we build up time series model and panel model to gain the empirical evidence concerning the impact mechanisms, at last,the paper proposes some related suggestions lastly.The paper shows that(1)manufacturing informatization could contribute to the development of manufacturing industry.(2) informatization factor plays greater role in capital and technology intensive industries than labor intensive industry.(3) the insignificant impact of software factor on China’s manufacturing industry could be ascribed to the under-developed situation in software industry.(4) the poor communication services had negative effect on manufacturing industry informatization.(5) the development of informatization technology and informatization industry can satisfy the demand of manufacturing industry informatization.更多还原
