【摘要】 随着国民经济的持续发展,社会信息化建设的重要性日益凸显,以社区为基础的信息化建设渐渐成为国家信息化建设工作中的一个热点和亮点。作为智慧城市和信息惠民工程的重要组成部分,本项目将以社区的居民为服务对象,以促进信息便民利民惠民、提升政府管理和服务效能为中心,充分利用社区周边资源,鼓励社区居民积极参与,以推进互联互通、信息共享和业务协同为抓手,以提升对社会民生重大事务的宏观决策能力、对经济社会运行秩序的监测规范能力、对普惠社会公众水平的公共服务能力为工作要求。项目中用到了基于J2EE的开发技术,基于DataX组件的数据共享交换技术。智慧社区包含的功能模块有网格管理、居家养老、社区商务和健康服务等,本次将以居家养老模块为重点进行设计和实现。居家养老模块主要包括基本信息管理、上门服务管理、重点护理管理、老年活动管理、咨询服务管理和统计查询。其中基本信息管理将实现对居委会信息、楼信息、家庭信息、老人信息和终端信息、需求项目信息、护理资源信息以及护理协议信息的管理；上门服务管理包括排班管理、计费管理和反馈跟踪；重点护理管理实现对重点老人看护、家庭看护、巡视管理、健康协同服务等活动的管理：老年活动管理包括活动发布和参与、活动场地管理和志愿者管理等；咨询服务管理将实现对所有工作的监督、以及知识库的维护；统计查询功能则提供多维度的数据分析和统计报表。智慧社区项目的建设在统一社会管理思想认识,推动健全社会管理体系,进一步提升社区自治能力的同时,拓展社会服务领域,整合社会资源,推动健全综合性社会服务体系,提升信息资源共享水平,实现社区居民的基本公共服务均等化。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of national economy, social informatization construction is more important than ever. Base social informatization construction on the community will become a bright spot of national information constructionAs an important part of smart city and information benefiting projects, this project will service the community, promote information benefiting, improve the level of govement management and service.it will also make full use of community resources, encourage the community to actively participate, improve macro decision-making in social important affairs, improve the capacity of monitoring the running order of economy and society, improve the capacity of public service.The porject uses the SOA architecture and J2EE platform technology, also uses the DataX components to achieve share and exchange data technology.Intelligent community includes gridding management,home-based care for the aged,community business and health service, this paper introduces the design and implementation of home-based care for the aged.The main functions of home-based care for the aged are the basic information management,home service management,special care management, the aged activity management consulting service management and statistical query.The basic information management will implement management which contains neighborhood information, address information, family information,the aged information,the terminal information, nursing project information, nursing resources information and the nursing protocol information. Home service management including scheduling management, cost management and feedback tracking. Special care including the key aged care, home care, patrol management,health service activities management. The aged activity management including activity released, site management and volunteers management. Consulting service management will achieve the supervision of all the work, as well as the maintenance of the knowledge base. Statistical query function provided multi-dimensional data analysis and statistical reports.Via intelligent community project, the understanding of social management can be unified, the system of social management can be completed, and the capacity of community self-management can be further enhanced. At the same time, content of social service can be expanded, various social resources can be integrated, level of information resources sharing can be improved.
