警务信息综合应用平台设计与实现

【摘要】 在电子政务的建设方面,沈阳市公安局的“金盾工程”完成了许多应用模块的开发和信息资源的录入,但在业务应用系统的集成应用开发和信息互通共享方面相对薄弱。因此,为了更好的实现警务信息管理的科学化和智能化,将进一步建设完善和建立相关子系,项目在保持现有应用系统的稳定的前提下,将进行后台数据的整合,打破业务间条块分割,完成公安系统信息化改造和建设,实现其公安系统的信息的综合应用。从而进一步提高公安队伍的统一指挥、协同作战能力。本文介绍了沈阳警务信息综合应用平台的总体设计思路、系统架构、业务开发平台、系统性能及软硬件平台的需求、安全解决方案、系统测试方案。主要包括内容如下:1、分析了沈阳市公安局警务管理工作的业务现状,通过业务分析各警种业务的整合对警务信息综合应用平台进行总体设计,确认系统架构。2、基于Oracle数据库、J2EE架构设计开发整个系统,通过对分析各业务之间的共同关系,建立了各业务层的联系,实现资源共享。3、根据系统架构分析,对系统软、硬件需求进行分析部署。4、利用Java Web技术进行系统的核心功能编码实现,实现了人口信息管理、接处警管理、刑事案件管理、行政案件管理等核心功能的详细设计,通过HTML等技术进行静态页面的设计,结合Java面向对象设计方法来完成用户的预期功能。5、对系统运行环境进行配置,并对软硬件功能进行测试分析,已达到系统稳定运行。
【Abstract】 In the construction of e-government, Shenyang public security bureau’s Golden Shield Project completed many entry application modules development, but being relatively weak in integrated application development and information exchange in terms of share of business application systems. Therefore, in order to achieve better scientific and intelligence police information management, further improve the construction and building related subsystems. Maintain stability of the existing application systems, making the background data integration and break current business fragmentation, completing the transformation and construction of the public security system information system. Further improve public security force unified command, Cooperative Engagement Capability.This thesis describes the overall design concept of Shenyang police information integrated application platform, including the design of system architecture, business development platform, system performance, and hardware and software platforms. Mainly include the following contents:1. Make user analysis according to the current situation of the Shenyang municipal public security bureau police business management. Make overall design of police information integrated application platform through business analysis, making system architecture.2. Design and implement the system using J2 EE architecture and Oracle database. Analysis the common relationships between each business and achieve the resources sharing according to the establishment of links between the business layer.3. Achieve software and hardware deployment According to system deployment architecture analysis.4. Use Java Web technologies to achieve system’s core functions, including the population information management, response alarm management, detailed design criminal case management, case management and other core administrative functions. Use HTML technology to design static web pages, combined with Java object-oriented design methods to accomplish the intended function of the user.5. Achieve the system operating environment configuration. Make test and analysis for the system’s hardware and software. The results show that system has reached a stable operation.
