【摘要】 随着全球信息化的高速发展,中国企业信息化水平也在不断完善,但与先进的发达国家还是存在着很大的差距。本文较为客观的对企业资源管理计划进行研究与分析,选用杭州海康希牧智能科技有限公司(以下简称杭州海康公司)为例,对杭州海康公司存在的各种业务问题进行探讨,研究、分析。该公司随着生产经营规模的日益扩大,在公司的企业内部出现了种种问题,主要存在以下问题:(1)市场信息不灵,生产数据预测不准,库存积压严重,占用大量流动资金;(2)成本核算不精确,零配件折算过粗,导致不能有效地控制成本;(3)产品在销售过程中由于企业各部门业务处理周期长、效率低、信息交流不顺畅等问题影响产品正常交货期,使产品出现退货或销售量减少。本论文正是针对杭州海康公司存在的上述问题,提出了清晰明确的解决方案,本着解决问题的目的,通过以下几点优化该公司的业务流程:(1)调研杭州海康公司ERP软件系统的业务需求、对公司ERP软件业务流程分析、进行业务流程设计、ERP软件平台业务建模,将公司所有的业务流程整合为一,轻松实现企业在一套ERP软件系统中处理公司的各种业务;(2)实施ERP系统,使公司从生产、销售、采购、库存、成本核算和控制等方面进行业务流程梳理,提高管理能力。运用现代化的ERP管理和技术手段降低管理成本,解决该公司的内外部信息化问题。根据该公司的企业信息化业务需求分析,笔者应用发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的研究方法,采用SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库,以BOS业务操作系统为操作平台,设计了一套符合杭州海康公司的ERP软件系统,此套ERP软件适合本企业的信息技术管理,应用了采购、库存、物料、销售、成本控制和核算的功能模块设计,贯彻了杭州海康公司主要的经营业务,包含质量管理、产品数据管理、存货、运输管理、人力资源管理和定期报告系统等主要功能模块,提高了现有管理水平、优化了公司的业务流程,降低了公司管理成本,达到了提高企业竞争力的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of global informatization, China’s enterprise informationization level is steadily improving, but there is still a large gap with the advanced developed countries. This paper makes an objective research and analysis on the enterprise resource management plan. It uses Hangzhou Haikang Ximu Smart Technology Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Hangzhou Haikang Company) as an example, and discusses, investigates and analyzes the various business issues existing in Hangzhou Haikang Company. As the scale of production and operation expanding gradually, there are various problems in the enterprise, and the main problems are as follows:(1) ill-informed about market, the inaccuracy of production datum prediction, piles of products are overstocked which take up a great deal of circulating funds;(2) the inaccuracy of cost accounting and the roughness of parts and accessories conversion cause ineffectively controlling cost;(3) in the sales process, because of long cycle of processing business, low efficiency and information exchange blocking in the all departments affect the normal delivery time and cause products returning or sales reducing.This thesis puts forward clear solutions to the above-mentioned problems in Hangzhou Haikang Company, and uses the following points to optimize the business process of this company:(1) investigate the business demands of ERP software system, analyze the business process of company’s ERP software, design the business process, and ERP software platform business modeling, integrate all business processes to achieve processing various business in a set of ERP software system;(2) implementation of the ERP system to sort out the business process from production, sales, procurement, inventory, cost accounting and control to enhance the management capacity. Using modern ERP management and technical means to reduce management costs, resolve the company’s internal and external information problem.According to the analysis of enterprise information business needs, I use the research methods of discovering problems, posing problems, and resolving problems, adopt SQL Server 2005 as background database and BOS business operating system as operation platform, and design a set of ERP software system to meet the demands of Hangzhou Haikang Company. This software fits the information technology management of this enterprise, applies the functional module design of procurement, inventory, material, sales, and cost control and accounting, integrates the main business projects, including manufacturing resource planning, manufacturing, financial affairs, sales, quality control, product data management, inventory, transport management, human resource management, and periodic reporting system, improves existing management level, optimizes the company’s business processes, reduces the cost of company management, achieves the purpose of improving the competitiveness of enterprises.更多还原
