【摘要】 随着军队现代化信息化建设步伐的加快,现代条件下的军事机关办公也发生了深刻的变革。各军兵种及各大单位都已广泛投入开发与使用管理信息系统,但是军队管理信息系统在军队团级干休所方面的应用一直是个空白。因此,开发一套完整的基于网络的干休所管理信息系统对于推动干休所全面建设,降低管理成本,提高工作效率是很有必要的。本文深入分析了笔者单位现状及系统需求,运用软件系统开发思想和方法,基于SSH开发框架,在My Eclipse8.5平台下,采取B/S架构,用JAVA语言设计开发了团级干休所管理信息系统,最后进行了系统测试。该系统功能基本符合用户需求,能够完成公共信息管理、部门业务管理、个人事务处理、系统用户管理等功能。本文在对普通用户、部门主管、管理员三种角色的功能需求进行分析时使用的是流程化的管理思想,设计并实现了基于B/S结构模式的解放军团级干休所管理信息系统。本论文的主要内容为:(1)根据笔者单位管理及办公业务的实际情况,分析了系统需求并根据需求开发了流程。(2)运用流程化管理思想,为不同用户分配了不同的权限。(3)本文采用的是三层体系结构,表现层和业务逻辑层的实现技术以及数据服务层中所涉及到的也都是依赖于B/S体系结构的思想进行分析的,开发系统所面临的关键技术问题得以妥善解决。(4)通过对系统的测试,验证了系统的各项功能是否达到预期目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the modernization development of information construction in military, military office management also has had profound transformation。Although various arm has been widely put into the development and use of management information system, the application of military information management system in the army regimental retired cadres area is still a blank. Therefore, the development of a set of retired cadres management information system which based on network to not only promotes the construction of the retired cadres, but also reduces the management cost, improves work efficiency. It is very necessary.This thesis analyzes the status and the demand of the system, then develops a set of retired cadres management information system which uses the ideas and methods of software system development, based on SSH framework, under the My Eclipse8.5 platform, using B/S architecture and JAVA language, organizes system test. The functions of the system meets the needs of users, completes the public information management, business management, personal affairs management, users of the system management and so on. In this thesis, by application of the process management, it analyzes the function needs of ordinary users, departments, administrator these three roles, designs the regimental cadres management information system which based on implementation of the B/S structure. The main contents of this thesis is:(1) According to the actual condition of the manager, it analyzes the management information requirements and develops process.(2) It assigns different permissions for different users by the application of the process management.(3) It analyzes the implementation technology which composed of business layer,logic layer and data service layer using B/S architecture, solves the key technical problems in system development.(4) By testing the system, it verifies whether the function of the system achieves the desired objectives.更多还原
