【摘要】 海上石油勘探是在大陆架海区为普查海底石油等资源而进行的海上工作,它是一个危险性比较高的工作。物理设备是石油勘探的基本要求,各个石油企业必须定期对这些物理设备进行维修和管理以保证石油勘探工作的正常运行。钻井设备的管理也经历了从无到有,从粗到精的历史演变。所以,设备管理是海上石油勘探的一个重要的条件,对物理设备进行高效、稳固的管理是现代石油勘探企业及其重要的一项重要任务。现代设备管理是采取相应措施根据现代企业管理的相关制度和业务要求,从技术,经济,组织,综合管理的物理形态和价值的形式等方面,实现产权清楚界定,优化设备资产分配,从而保证设备资产的安全完整和符合成本效益的使用,为企业发展奠定了坚实的物质基础。目前钻井市场竞争日趋激烈和钻井公司的独立管理,对钻井管理的成本、效率和可靠性也提出了更高的要求。这次我们所设计的课题正是利用计算机的高效性实现钻井设备管理的过程可管理、责任可追究、性能可评估、报表可生成。本论文在对现如今海上石油勘探工作的研究现状进行分析后,建立了一套完整的海上石油设备管理信息系统。该系统以石油企业需求为导向,对系统的各大模块进行详细的分析与设计,利用面向对象的编程思想,利用SQLserver2008数据可为后台,该系统的主要模块包括设备台帐管理、设备专业管理、设备运行管理、设备维修管理、备品配件管理、设备维护管理、系统管理的功能,以及实现各个模块的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Offshore oil exploration is carried out in the waters of the continental shelf oil and other resources of the seabed survey work at sea, it is a relatively high risk work. Physical device is a basic requirement for oil exploration, oil companies must regularly maintenance and management of these physical devices to ensure the normal operation of oil exploration, so the device management is a major offshore oil exploration conditions. Physical devices for efficient and stable management is a quite important task of modern oil exploration companies. In this paper, after a study of the current status of offshore oil exploration work is analyzed, then establish a complete set of management information systems for offshore oil equipment. Modern equipment management is to take corresponding measures according to the requirements of the modern enterprise management system and related business, from technology, economy, organization, comprehensive management of the physical form and value, etc., in the form of realization of property rights clearly defined, optimizing the allocation of equipment assets. The drilling market competition and the company’s independent management, management of drilling cost, efficiency and reliability are also put forward higher requirements.This time we design the topic is the efficiency of using the computer to realize the process of drilling equipment management to management, responsibility can be investigated, the performance evaluation, report can be generated.The system is oriented to the needs of the oil companies, the use of object-oriented programming ideas, using SQLserver2008 database for the background of the system’s major modules detailed analysis and design. The main modules of the system include equipment account management, professional equipment management, equipment operation and management, equipment maintenance management, spare parts management, equipment maintenance management, system management functions, as well as realize the function of each module.更多还原
