地方电网调度决策系统中图模调控一体化设计

【摘要】 随着都江堰电网的发展日益庞大,并逐渐复杂。面临日益复杂的电网数据及海量信息,电网调度人员难免会对电网信息出现一些麻痹大意,对电网的不正常运行情况出现认知上的障碍,对突发情况的处置不及时或不到位。智能调度不仅仅是为调度人员工作中提供辅助决策功能,还能够帮助调度人员有效节约维护管理成本,并辅助调度管理人员做出科学决策。首先结合都江堰地方电网的实际情况,对设计的调度决策系统提出需求,对现在的调度运行班的实际运行情况进行了调研,参阅了相关的资料,经过对调研资料进行了详细的、深入的分析,确定地方电网调度决策系统的任务和功能,并作了功能需求分析,最后对地方电网调度决策系统的需求把握之后,需要完成对地方电网调度决策系统中图模一体化体的架构和设计。最后完成项目,进行地方电网调度决策系统各项功能的测试。本论文在对地方电网调度的业务特性、管理现状,国家电网智能调度自动化发展需要,本文设计的地方电网调度决策系统系统采用C/S构架,其实就是Client/Server客户机/服务器,该结构由2层结构组成,客户机主要负责将用户提交的请求传达给服务器,服务器接受到到来着客户机的请求后,就会根据实际情况进行相关处理,并且将处理结果通过客户机传达给用户,C/S结构而建立的应用软件系统可以借助客户端和服务器端在硬件环境方面的高速处理优势把相关待处理事务科学、合理地分配给这两个高速处理端完成社已设定目标,可以很大程度上减少不必要的资源浪费。地方电网决策调度决策系统的开发平台是采用的目前比较流行的JAVA开发平台,JAVA本身就具有非常良好的架构,在所有开发信息管理系统的开发人员的选择当中,数据库服务器采用SQL Server2008。本系统运用了SVM建模设实现各功能模块,并实现了部分功能,从而达到智能调度的图模互动的建设要求。经过实际的验证,本课题所设计的地方电网决策系统中图模一体化功能能够满足地方电网的要求。
【Abstract】 Under current economic conditions, the development of increasingly large grid,and increasingly complex. Development of increasingly large grid, and increasingly complex. Faced with increasingly complex and massive information data grid, the grid dispatchers inevitable cognitive impairment, difficult to effectively deal with emergency situations. Intelligent scheduling as dispatchers auxiliary basic needs decisions to help dispatcher’s effective maintenance and management costs savings and aided dispatch management to make scientific decisions.First, the status qua combined with the local grid system scheduling decisions to raise demand, combined with the local grid system scheduling decisions at home and abroad to propose appropriate requirements to carry out detailed analysis and mission established subdivision scheduling decisions and improve local grid system functional requirements, establish analysis of the relationship between use cases and complete project tasks on the basis of needs analysis to determine the functional needs of the various segments of the demand and the need to complete the task. After the completion of the grasp of the needs of the local grid system scheduling decisions, the need to complete the local grid scheduling decision system architecture and design. After completing the above two steps for each module of the system need detailed coding work, mainly working code area includes three aspects, the browser actually writing code, writing web layer interface function code, database stored procedures for preparation of the code. Finally, to complete the project, the local grid scheduling decisions to test the functionality of the system. Test section mainly includes two aspects, namely, black box testing and white box testing, black box testing mainly for the local grid scheduling decision system function tests; white-box testing is depth analysis of the internal branch of the local grid system scheduling decisions testing.In this study the characteristics of the local power grid dispatching business,management status, national smart grid dispatching automation development needs, as well as digital graphics, CIM and other relevant IEC standard, custom device modeling, topology and other technical means to automatically generate online-depth analysis, establish a CIM-based graphic design, open SVG graphical modeling,graphical modeling tool can be customized to achieve the original grid line topologyautomatically generated dynamically in equipment operation module integration diagram shows, etc. according to the different forms of business operation application platform, to improve system scalability and maintainability, while meeting business decisions themes applications without the need to achieve the requirements of the building interactive diagram mode intelligent scheduling. After the actual verification,the subject of the decision-making system designed for the local power grid to meet the requirements of the local power grid.
