城乡统筹规划管理任务管理子系统软件的开发与实现

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,软件工程作为规范指导软件开发整个过程的新型学科,以其先进的软件项目管理、软件设计及开发理念对于提高信息化水平,提高信息化系统标准化发展起到重要作用。在重庆市规划局的统筹规划下,綦江区规划局积极推进城乡统筹规划信息化,期望依靠信息化途径来解决城乡规划管理脱节、城乡规划差距较大的问题。通过探索城乡规划一体化来提高全市规划的整体科学水平,提高规划管理效率,发挥城乡规划的综合调控作用,为城乡统筹试验区建设做出贡献。在重庆市规划局领导的支持下,结合自身本职工作和规划管理工作的实际需求,参与设计与开发了城乡统筹规划管理软件;结合在实际参与建设中的实际任务,论文以城乡统筹规划管理软件中的任务管理子系统(以下简称“任务管理子系统”)为设计范围,以工作所在的綦江区规划局为实际应用落地单位,结合在软件学院学习的软件工程基本思想、设计方法和开发技术进行了任务管理子系统的需求分析、功能设计、系统实现和测试。本文主要完成了工作如下:①对信息化及城乡统筹规划管理系统的背景、国内外发展进行了分析,为系统设计与开发做了充足的调研准备。②针对城乡统筹规划管理软件的技术需求,对软件工程领域的B/S模式的系统架构、ASP.NET技术平台、UML建模技术、数据库访问、工作流技术等进行了研究与分析,为系统设计与开发做了技术储备。③结合UML统一建模思想及工作对任务管理子系统的功能需求和非功能性需求进行分析,重点对任务管理、项目列表和系统管理等功能的详细需求进行分析和提取,为系统设计提供需求来源。④根据任务管理子系统的功能需求,对系统总体架构进行概要设计,按照功能划分,对任务管理、项目列表和系统管理等三个主要的功能模块进行了数据流程设计;从需求中提取系统参与对象,基于对象关系映射模式对数据库进行了设计。⑤以系统需求分析和设计为基础,采用ASP.NET技术对系统主要功能模块进行了程序设计,进行系统的部署、运行和测试,并对任务管理子系统进行效果分析。系统试运行效果显示,任务管理子系统基本可以满足綦江区对城乡统筹规划管理日常工作的需求。
【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, as a new discipline norms guiding the whole process of software development, with its advanced software project management, software design and development concept, software engineering plays an important role in improving the level of improve information systems standardization. Chongqing Qijiang District Planning Board to actively promote urban and rural planning information, and hope to rely on an information technology means to solve the urban and rural planning and management of touch, to resolve the current gap between urban and rural planning the country, by exploring the integration of urban and rural planning to raise the scientific level of the city’s overall plan to improve the planning and management efficiency, to play a comprehensive role in the regulation of urban and rural planning, urban and rural pilot area to contribute to the building.With the support of Chongqing Urban Planning Bureau, combined with the actual needs of their own work and planning management, I joined in the design and development of urban and rural planning and management software. Combined with the actual participation in the construction of the actual task, the Paper design urban and rural planning management software task management subsystem(referred to as "Task Management Subsystem"), combining the software Academy basic idea of software engineering, design and development of technology for task management subsystem requirements analysis, functional design, system implementation and testing.The main work of the thesis completed as follows:①Analyze background on urban and rural planning and management systems, domestic development, do plenty of research to prepare for the system design and development.② Analyze and study software engineering system architecture, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and other development platforms and technologies for system development do technical reserves.③Analyze working task management subsystem functional requirements and non-functional requirements Combined with UML Unified Modeling thinking, especially on task management, a detailed list of items needs and system management functions for analysis and extraction, to provide a source of demand for the system design.④According to the functional requirements of the system, made a system architecture design, project lists, and system management functions of the three main modules of the data flow design; extraction system from requirements to participate in the object according to the functional division of task management, the object-based relational mapping mode of the database design.⑤Design program for major functional modules using ASP.NET technology, and do system deployment, operation and effect analysis conducted tests. System test results show that the task management subsystem meets the needs of urban and rural planning Qijiang manage daily work.
